Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Health Service Reviewers (RN)
Pay (openings for each location/market):

Overview: These RNs will be doing a mix of standard quality audits, complaint initiated investigations, and more. When they are onsite, the amount of time that they are at the location is dependent on the audit that is required. It is expected that Health Service Reviewers will be traveling onsite about 85% of the time.
These individuals will be traveling to IDD housing to do state required Recertification (must be done every 15 months) or investigating specific complaints (disease outbreak, falls, etc.).
Travel: 85% of this role is traveling to sites. It is more location based and they will be traveling to the counties that surround their location. If anyone is traveling and not able to return home, they are able to coordinate accomodations through the travel office and miles/food will be reimbursed at the federal rate. If they are not onsite, they can work from home or in the DOH office.

Now Hiring Pharmacy Technician Clinical Trials Short Term Contract
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support clinical trial operations and investigational drug services. This is a 2 to 3 month assignment with anticipated training start the week of March 16th
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift hours vary based on activity
- Typical hours 7am to 3pm or 7am to 12pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Support preparation and handling of investigational medications
- Perform sterile compounding in compliance with USP standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and drug accountability records

Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacy Technician license

Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator or RN
Responsibilities
- Screens potential patients for protocol eligibility. Presents trial concepts and details to the patients, participates in the informed consent process, and enrolls patients on protocol.
- Coordinates patient care in compliance with protocol requirements. May disburse investigational drug and provide patient teaching regarding administration. Maintains investigational drug accountability. -In collaboration with the physician, reviews patients for changes in condition, adverse events, concomitant medication use, protocol compliance, response to study drug and thoroughly documents all findings.
- Responsible for accurate and timely data collection, documentation, entry, and reporting. Schedules and participates in monitoring and auditing activities.
- Maintains regulatory documents in accordance with USOR SOP and applicable regulations.

You will be the primary point of contact for surgeons, hospitals, and payers to ensure uninterrupted clinical operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Surgical Privileging: Coordinate OR privileges at hospitals and ASCs for orthopedic procedures (Total Knee, Arthroscopic repairs, etc.).
- Provider Enrollment: Manage Medicare/Medicaid and private payer enrollment via PECOS and CAQH to prevent claim issues.
- Primary Source Verification: Verify education and fellowships through ABOS.
- Compliance: Monitor and renew State Medical Licenses, DEA registrations, and Malpractice Insurance.
