This is a field-based sales role responsible for driving adoption of advanced, minimally invasive vascular technologies across carotid, arterial, and venous therapies. This position partners closely with vascular surgeons, interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and hospital stakeholders to grow market share, support procedural success, and expand utilization within a defined territory.
Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic territory plans, driving case volume and revenue growth, supporting procedures in the OR, cath lab, and IR suite, and educating clinical teams on product benefits and workflow integration. The role also involves building relationships with key decision-makers, influencing purchasing discussions, managing forecasting and pipeline activity, and delivering strong customer service in a competitive hospital environment.
Candidates should have 5+ years of medical device sales experience in a hospital-based setting, strong procedural selling acumen, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Experience calling on vascular surgery, interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, or endovascular specialties is strongly preferred.
OTE is $250-275K
