Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations, including neonates to geriatrics, in a fast-paced ED setting.
Administer medications, monitor cardiac rhythms, and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including CNA, RT, hospitalists, and ED educator, to coordinate patient care and maintain optimal workflows.
Perform skilled procedures such as IV placement, Foley and NGT management, and peripheral blood draws with proficiency and safety.
Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in EPIC EMR system and communicate effectively with team members and patients.
