The Culinary Line Cook plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the Twin Farms kitchen. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, this position contributes to the preparation and presentation of exceptional cuisine that consistently meets, and exceeds, Twin Farms’ renowned Five-Star standards.

As a member of a collaborative and creative culinary team, the Culinary Line Cook supports multiple kitchen stations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffets, and pastry. This role requires versatility, strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable culinary experiences for guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and cook menu items with the guest’s culinary experience foremost in mind, ensuring all offerings consistently meet Twin Farms’ Five-Star standards for quality, presentation, and flavor.

• Support multiple kitchen stations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffets, and pastry as needed.

• Maintain careful attention to detail in food preparation, portioning, and plating.

• Assist in accommodating guest dietary needs, allergies, and preferences with precision and care.

• Monitor inventory use and assist in maintaining efficient kitchen operations and minimizing waste.

• Collaborate closely with chefs and culinary team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Contribute ideas and creativity toward menu development and seasonal culinary offerings.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with sanitation and food safety standards.

• Demonstrate strong teamwork and lateral service while coordinating with other departments to support the overall guest experience.

• Follow all kitchen safety procedures and operational standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership.

Qualifications:

• Successful experience in building, managing and strategizing a sales platform in this specialty market sector.
• Experience with Mid-States, Wheatbelt and other shows and sector retailers
• Sales Experience in apparel and accessories
• Ability to travel and communicate with this specialty retail sector
• Use of business management software and/or a professional retail user portal.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of any given project. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures budget and deadlines are met and consistent with project standards.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Create a Schedule of Values for our pay applications and submit to the General Contractor.
• Analyze the construction schedule and create a schedule for submittals, material ordering and estimated field labor durations & project completion.
• Create submittals for doors, frames and hardware from architectural plans and specification.
• Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFI’s, PC’s, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
• Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
• Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
• Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
• Actively pursue contractual “Change Orders” from “price and proceed” CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
• Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.
• Other job duties and responsibilities as needed.

The National Account Manager is responsible for achieving national account objectives on assigned brands through analytics and direct sales functions. Responsible for developing and execution of customer sales programs and objectives, and the implementation of McCall Farms sales initiatives on assigned brands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales and profit objectives.
• Achieve distribution objectives on assigned brands.
• Work with the Sales VP to build quarterly and annual business plans.
• Utilize POS Data and Nielsen ROM Data to manage day-to-day business and prepare for category line reviews and customer meetings.
• Provide direction and collaborate with the category business analyst and insights manager to build line reviews and presentations for the customer.
• Build relationships with merchandising staff on assigned brands.
• Make all headquarters calls with the VP on assigned brands.
• Identify opportunities for gap fill and potential losses.
• Analyze customer scorecards for reporting to buyers and the McCall Farms executive team.
• Evaluate current category mods and competitive items for potential business opportunities. Collaborate with the category manager on sales and production forecasting of assigned brands. Execution of accurate sales forecasting/planning with the Demand Planner
• Evaluate competitive products, pricing, promotions, and sales strategies in the comp market to identify trends and new success strategies.
• Develop recommendations for customer events and promotions to effectively optimize sales growth, using available POS, syndicated, and consumer insights data.
• Interface with the marketing and sales planning teams to ensure maximum business opportunities with the account.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
• A minimum of 5-7 years of food manufacturing sales experience is required.
• Previous experience with the National accounts management.
• Demonstrated experience with trade marketing, sales planning, and enterprise systems.
• Must have customer-facing selling skills.
• Must have strong analytical and project management skills
• Must have strong presentation and written communication skills
• Possess proficiency in Excel
