The Pain Medicine Registered Nurse (RN) works with adult patients experiencing various types of pain. The RN is accountable for the delivery of direct patient care including patient education, coordination of care for implanted pain management devices, and the management of telephone triage in a busy medical specialty practice. Individuals applying for this position should be comfortable with ambiguity and enthusiastic about being a partner in expanding and defining the role of the registered nurse in this dynamic practice.

Location: NE Clinic
The Hemodialysis Technician functions as an interdisciplinary team member to meet patient and family care needs within the Mayo Clinic Dialysis Services (MCDS) system. Under the supervision of the RN, is responsible for providing assistance in the provision of dialysis services through multiple roles. These roles include but are not limited to: direct patient care and observations, basic hemodialysis techniques and procedures, equipment maintenance, water treatment monitoring, vascular access monitoring, cleaning and disinfection of the hemodialysis machine, drawing blood samples and preparing them for transport, and performing both simple and complex laboratory tests and the required quality controls. Participation in quality improvement activities to maintain patient care standards is also expected. The Hemodialysis Technician carries out designated skills that are within these functions limited by law to unlicensed nursing personnel, as written into the policies and procedures of Mayo Clinic.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Six months of experience as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician required. Before employment, successful completion of the Ishihara's color blindness test.
Excellent communication skills. Computer skills. Ability to work flexible hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends. Ability to effectively work with multiple team members including working at/floating to other dialysis units. Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting.

Location: Mayo Building - PHIDOM (Public Health, Infectious Diseases, and Occupational Medicine) RN
Registered nurses hired to this area will be cross trained to multiple programs within PHIDOM. Some telework may be available depending on practice needs. - Pilots, divers, and drivers needing medical certification

- Employees with complex injuries and medical conditions
- Monitoring Infectious Disease patients following dismissal from the hospital by managing and addressing lab/culture results and protecting patient safety post-dismissal.

The Ambulatory Float Registered Nurse (RN) works in variety of dynamic specialty clinics including, but not limited to, the following locations: Charlton, Gonda, Mayo Clinic, NE Clinic, and the Support Center at Superior Drive. Ambulatory floats provide both direct and non-direct patient care to support the unique needs of the clinical practice. Responsibilities may include patient education visits, patient care visits, providing immunizations, lab monitoring, prescription refills per protocol, performing limited procedures, point of care testing, and telephone based symptom assessment, triage, care by protocol among other skills. Responsibilities
An Imaging Technician III maintains complex medical equipment through effective implementation of the Mayo Clinic Medical Equipment Management Plan. The technician must demonstrate technical skills and tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, calibration, repair and QA of x-ray, imaging, nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, and imaging-related systems typically found in Radiology, Surgery and Cardiology.
Technicians in this position must be exceptionally customer focused with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to prioritize service calls appropriately and adhere to Mayo policy and procedure. The technician must adhere to rules, regulations, and policies regarding radiation safety, stored energy safety, and contingency plans in the event of equipment failure. They must also carefully monitor the potential for radiation exposure and work to eliminate unnecessary exposure. They must have advanced analytical skills and be able to solve very complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Service calls are communicated to the technician through HTM Leadership, HTM Support Specialists, or a CMMS dashboard. Emergent calls directly from the customer often require a rapid response time. On-call, overtime, and non-standard shifts will be required, as well as travel to other Mayo Clinic sites and applicable vendor training.
The technician must be committed to continuously improving their knowledge to develop a mastery of increasingly complex equipment and to support the mission of Mayo Clinic.
A Technician III will have a mastery of imaging repair principles, can demonstrate success in the most complex of imaging repairs, and will often work with and share knowledge with less experienced technicians.
