Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of complex MEP construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout. You’ll lead large industrial and manufacturing projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful project delivery across cost, schedule, safety, and quality goals. Responsibilities

Reporting Relationship & Role Information

  • This position typically reports to the Distribution Center Director within the assigned distribution center location.

Education & Experience

The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 5 years:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading distribution center, supply chain, and/or logistics teams serving multiple locations. Experience managing in a unionized environment (CBA) preferred.
  • In a technical role: 5 years of experience in distribution operations, inventory management, or supply chain coordination with multi-location responsibility.
  • High school diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related program may count toward 2 years of the experience requirement.
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a valid state driver's license.


Specialized Training

  • Basic understanding of food safety protocols and HACCP principles preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and implement effective solutions

  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment status to supervisors

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during maintenance activities

  • Perform other activities as needed
     

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with mobile equipment and tools

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues independently

  • Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work in varying conditions and travel between sites
     

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S. and operate company vehicles
     

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
