The Production Planner is the starting point for all materials and production planning activities. This role is responsible for managing customer demand, driving requisitions for buyers, and ensuring the production floor has the materials needed to meet schedule requirements. The planner serves as the primary point of contact between Jabil and the customer’s materials leadership, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
This position is approximately 60% desk-based planning and 40% floor-based coordination, requiring comfort working directly with materials technicians and production supervisors.
What can you expect to do?
- Serve as the customer-facing liaison for demand planning and shipment coordination.
- Manage demand signals and translate them into actionable requisitions for the purchasing team.
- Use and navigate three planning systems: SAP, PRISM, and Asprova.
- Collaborate with the production floor team to ensure timely material availability, understand shortages, and track material arrival dates.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

Position Summary
Our Material Handlers are responsible for assisting customers in loading their materials, maintaining yard organization, handling materials safely, and supporting daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Material Handler / Yard Clerk
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Load materials into customers vehicles or onto company delivery vehicles
- Accurately build loads and prepare materials for deliveries in a timely manner

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors MRP Analyst, giving guidance, training and solutions when needed. Ensuring they are completing daily tasks and responsibilities
- Ensures on-time delivery of materials to support production needs to avoid downtime or customer shortages
- Maintain Mid/Max inventories and an inventory budget set by the Materials Manager

- Responsible for setting up trucks for materials, tooling, customer ships etc.
- Responsible for tracking freight costs, cutting cost, and maintaining a set budget from the Materials Manager
- Set up a budget for Supervisor to approve expedites to and from customers or suppliers without having to wait for approval from Manager
- Must work with cycle counters to determine and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies. Set frequencies on materials to be cycle counted, while giving guidance and training on these things
- Must work with the Accounting Department for shipping and receiving issues
- Work closely with the Warehouse personnel to supply training and guidance
- Responsible for scheduling OT, time off and vacations for hourly staff

Title: Raw Material Inspector
Location: Bristol, PA
Schedule: M-F 8-5pm with some occasional weekend work
Duration: 3- 6 months with possibility to go longer
Pay: $25-$40/hr DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform physical, visual, and analytical inspection/sampling of incoming raw materials and packaging components in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sampling plans.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of inspections following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP regulations.
- Label and manage the status of materials in the warehouse, including Quarantine, Released, or Rejected.
- Utilize laboratory equipment (e.g., balances, pH meters, moisture analyzers, infrared spectrometers, endotoxin) to verify identity and purity.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials to QA and Procurement. Initiate deviations or material rejection reports when necessary.
- Review Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure the sampling area and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned.
- Author, review and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and other quality and regulated records for accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations, international standards.

- BS/BA degree in a relevant life sciences discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years in a GMP oriented environment and raw materials testing
- Knowledge of GMP regulations, good documentation practices, cGMP, 21CFR, USP and other applicable regulations, standards and guidance.
- Ability to effectively organize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
