For corporate maintenance, this position is responsible for performing advanced preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs for corporate and regional facilities operations assigned.
This includes the maintenance of central plant distribution systems and mechanical equipment and facilitating the distribution of villa appliances and furnishings stored at the corporate facilities warehouse.
This role provides excellent service to both external and internal customers while adhering to all brand and OSHA compliance standards.
Expected Contributions Maintenance Performs advanced preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, mechanical, low-voltage electrical systems, structured cabling (e.g., CAT6 punch-down to junction boxes), plumbing, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, appliances, controls, and energy management systems.
Diagnoses system issues, calibrates controls and gauges, and completes repairs using appropriate tools, equipment, and technical documentation.
Installs, maintains, and reconfigures systems furniture, case goods, appliances, and equipment across multiple sites; performs general furniture maintenance, relocation, and setup as needed.
Supports central plant and warehouse operations by maintaining equipment, tracking, labeling, and identifying inventory, and recommending replacement of defective or outdated assets.
Responds to service requests, prioritizes assigned work, and completes tasks independently while coordinating with Facilities Leadership to meet established quality standards.
Identifies, locates, and operates equipment shut‑off valves and systems to support safe and effective maintenance activities.
Maintains accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation, including work performed, readings, and equipment status.
Serves as an experienced technical resource by sharing knowledge and best practices with peers as needed; does not carry supervisory responsibility.
Maintains tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory, including requisitioning.
Mailroom Provides operational support as requested.
Operates Pitney Bowes to receive and distribute incoming mail and packages as needed.
Processes outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx) as needed.
Housekeeping Regularly conducts visual inspections of assigned properties.
Escalates any required actions to vendor management or facilities management team as appropriate.
Assists with housekeeping-related issues as requested.
Safety & Security Reports work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.

As a Alcohol Production & Applications Technologist you will support Manufacturing, Creative/Applications Labs, and Production Planning by preparing colored and uncolored alcohol-based solutions; executing alcohol compounding activities; coordinating production scheduling; and ensuring batches meet customer, quality, and safety requirements.
You will provide technical support to production, ensures workflow efficiency, and maintains compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in a Class 1 Div 1 flammable compounding environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Alcohol Compounding & Batch Preparation (Coloring / Production Execution)
- Prepare alcohol batches to specification using visual color matching and colorimeter readings.
- Incorporate fragrance oils into hydro-alcoholic bases for evaluation, developmental work, pilots, and production batches.
- Maintain accurate batch records, sample retains, and all supporting documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of dyes, filters, raw materials, and flammable materials.
2. Production Scheduling & Workflow Coordination
- Develop and maintain the Alcohol Room production schedule.
- Partner with Planning and Customer Service to communicate schedule change needs and provide order status updates as requested.
- Coordinate workflow with Alcohol Room operators to maximize efficiency and meet customer deadlines.
- Manage inventory of alcohol production supplies; order materials such as filters, dyes, and lab equipment.
3. Lab & Applications Support
- Prepare solutions, color targets, and samples for R&D, Applications Lab, Creative Centers, and Sample Lab.
- Conduct stability testing, record results, and communicate findings to R&D.
- Support non-conformance investigations, ISO/PSM initiatives, and KPI data collection.
- Cover Sample Lab operations when required.
4. Training, Leadership & Cross-functional Support
- Train operators on alcohol manufacturing processes, safety practices, software systems, and equipment functionality.
- Assist Production Supervisors by guiding staff in GMPs, safety guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide feedback on performance to help support the review process.
5. Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with Class 1 Div 1 process safety requirements and all plant safety procedures.
- Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Prepare documentation, labels, and shipping papers for alcohol-based materials.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fragrance/alcohol manufacturing or equivalent compounding experience.
- Strong understanding of flammable compounding safety requirements.
- Familiarity with fragrance raw materials, ATF procedures, and proper material-handling techniques.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, database systems, and applications such as CMS, LCMS, MWS, and SAP.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.

Position Summary:
The Structural Department Manager is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the Structural, Pipe, and Labor Departments in support of ship repair, maintenance, and modernization projects. This role ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in accordance with applicable specifications and regulatory requirements.
The Structural Department Manager is responsible for setting the tone and culture of the department, ensuring full alignment with company expectations and strategic objectives. This role requires proactive leadership, accountability, and a strong commitment to organizational priorities. Department Managers are expected to champion company initiatives and directives from senior leadership, clearly communicating and reinforcing them within their teams as unified, department-level guidance.
The manager oversees a broad scope of production activities, including structural steel fabrication and repairs, hull modifications, deck and bulkhead work, piping system installation and testing, and general labor support services. Responsibilities include coordinating structural welders, fitters, pipefitters, laborers, and support crews to meet production goals and project schedules.
This position requires strong knowledge of shipboard structures, welding and pipefitting techniques, material handling, and staging. The Structural Department Manager works closely with project teams, planning, and other production departments to integrate efforts across trades, resolve technical and logistical challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Oversee hot work operations, ensuring proper permitting, fire watch assignments, and strict adherence to safety procedures related to welding, burning, and grinding activities aboard vessels and in yard facilities.
- Lead coordination efforts between departments, subcontractors, and project management teams to resolve production and technical issues that may impact critical path work.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and customer-specific safety and environmental requirements, including confined space entry, fall protection, and hazard communication standards.

Position Summary:
Responsible for driving delivery vehicles and/or operating truck-trailer combinations to transport and deliver materials to customer sites. Adheres to driver safety/compliance regulations, delivers un-damaged goods on schedule, and provides professional service to customers. Drive vehicles weighing greater than 26,000 pounds and may tow vehicles or trailers less than 10,000 pounds.
What You'll Do:
- May load or assist with loading and appropriately securing product, materials, or supplies inside delivery vehicle.
- Delivers customer orders to specified delivery site. Maneuvers vehicles into loading or unloading positions and ensures that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned. Assists customers with unloading materials safely and accurately. Takes all precautions to protect the product and the customer's property.
- Verifies order details and maintains logs of delivery duties including amounts and/or weights of items, mileage and locations of deliveries. Checks items against invoice to ensure order accuracy.
- Acts as a customer service liaison between the company and the site customer. Handles customer concerns and helps resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles; performs routine safety checks to ensure vehicles comply with company guidelines.
- Required to use hand held devices, except for while driving, to ensure compliance with DVIR and HOS.
- Maintain hours of service logs and pre/post trip inspection procedures.
- May perform credit/product return pick-ups and related paperwork.
