Key Responsibilities

Pilot Line Operation

· Operate pilot-scale manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and process parameters.

· Monitor process conditions and adjust equipment within defined operating limits.

· Identify and escalate process deviations or equipment issues.

· Support commissioning and process improvement activities.

Raw Material Preparation

As a Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and

evidenced-based practice; adherence to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.

Schedule:

• 32 hr/week: 4 days a week, 8 hours a day
• 2nd Shift 1 hour flex start time Noon- 8:30 pm
• No Weekends/ Holidays

General Requirements:

• Direction: The job requires some accountability for scheduling, assigning or coordinating work.  Employees check the quality of work and provide guidance, instruction, training and direction to others.  Although the job does not require formal or official supervisory responsibility, the incumbent serves as group leader or acts in an informal assistant supervisory or lead role.  In addition, the employee may be expected to provide information or suggestions on human resources matters.
• Limited:  Work requires limited responsibility for material resources.  Examples of resources could include supplies, equipment, inventories, small budgets, and other similar material assets.  The employee has a limited amount of control over these resources.  The cost of errors is also limited in terms of damage, waste or financial loss.  Problems associated with material resources are not complex.  The volume of resources may vary, but the level of difficulty in dealing with these resources is uncomplicated.

Position Summary

The Inbound Receiving Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely receipt of inbound materials and finished goods. This role works closely with the Inventory team to ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and efficient material movement throughout the operation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn material handling equipment, including forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Receiving

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages
• Accurately enter received inventory into the warehouse management or ERP system
• Label, stage, and store materials in designated locations

Inventory Support

• Partner with the Inventory team on internal inventory moves and location transfers
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities
• Assist with investigating and resolving inventory variances
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

Material Handling & Safety

• Safely move materials using pallet jacks and other equipment
• Learn and operate a forklift in accordance with company safety standards (training provided)
• Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and OSHA guidelines

General Warehouse Support

• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
• Communicate effectively with purchasing, inventory control, and operations teams
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to receiving and inventory accuracy

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse or receiving experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical work
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and become certified

Preferred

• Previous experience with inventory control or cycle counting
• Forklift experience or certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
