Summary: The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) is responsible for driving the company’s eCommerce revenue growth, profitability, and digital transformation. This role integrates commercial strategy with a strong focus on digital acceleration, customer experience, and innovative technologies that enable scaling. Supporting the Founders and partnering closely with members of the executive leadership team, this leader will design and execute strategies that maximize performance across digital commerce, and emerging platforms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Commercial Strategy

• Develop and implement an integrated digital commercial strategy spanning eCommerce, marketing, wholesale,with measurable growth objectives.
• Monitor competitive landscape, consumer trends, and disruptive business models to continuously refine go-to-market strategies.
• Drive innovation across divisions to achieve KPIs and long-term growth targets, ensuring profitability through strong financial analysis, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Finance, Merchandising, VM, and Marketing to align financial, sales, and product strategies, ensuring decisions are informed by 360 customer insights, digital performance data, and real-time analytics across all channels.
• Report key metrics and digital/commercial KPIs to the executive team and board, ensuring transparency, ROI measurement, and data-informed decision-making.

Digital Commerce & Technology

• Develop and lead the digital roadmap, including web optimization, UX design, new digital channel launches, and integration of emerging technologies.
• Oversee digital commerce operations across .com, marketplaces social commerce platforms, driving innovation in customer engagement and conversion optimization.
• Implement best-in-class tools for A/B testing, personalization, and localization to drive scaling/ expansion and enhanced customer experience.
• Define processes for digital assortment, content strategy, and performance reporting to ensure scalability and alignment with growth objectives.
• Partner with Technology and IT teams to ensure alignment on architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and scalable infrastructure supporting digital initiatives.
• Establish governance for enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency across all systems and business functions.
• Oversee integration of CRM, ERP, and marketing automation systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.

• Lead the performance marketing strategy across SEM, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Social, Display, Email/SMS, and new digital platforms, ensuring effective acquisition and retention.
• Allocate and manage performance marketing budgets by channel with KPI-driven forecasting to maximize ROI.
• Build and oversee loyalty, retention, and remarketing programs, ensuring a unified customer experience across all digital and physical channels.
• Leverage consumer analytics, insights, and data mining to refine targeting, personalization, and customer engagement.
• Develop a comprehensive customer lifecycle strategy that maximizes lifetime value (LTV) through segmentation, predictive modeling, and personalization.

Position Overview

The ICT Engineer will play a key role in planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure, communications technologies, and intelligent building systems. Key Responsibilities

•Develop ICT infrastructure designs, drawings, and specifications including structured cabling, pathways, and equipment rooms

•Support outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) low-voltage system planning

•Create technical documentation, submittals, and as-built packages

•Perform site surveys, assessments, and technology audits

•Assist in wireless network planning, DAS coordination, and technology integration

Qualifications

Required

•Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, network hardware, pathways, and grounding

•Technical aptitude with network systems, Wi-Fi, DAS, and smart building technology

We're looking for a Digital Designer, Global Ecommerce to join the Brand Creative team and help elevate how Sonos shows up across our most important digital touchpoint: .

In this role, you'll bring together art direction, UX craft, and customer-centered design to create digital experiences that are both beautifully branded and highly functional. You will sit within Brand Creative, partnering daily with the Ecommerce Product team through a dotted-line relationship. Together, you'll help shape the future of our digital ecosystem-improving product discovery, refining customer journeys, and creating a cohesive, premium experience across every inch of the site.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand expression, interaction design, and performance-driven thinking. You'll work across product launches, evergreen flows, and ongoing optimization work, ensuring that our digital experiences feel unmistakably Sonos while driving meaningful impact for customers and the business.

• Create intuitive, elegant, and conversion-minded UX/UI solutions that elevate storytelling and improve the full customer journey-from discovery through checkout.

• Design best-in-class mobile and responsive experiences aligned to Sonos' premium brand standards

• Partner closely with Brand Creative, Campaign Management, and Ecommerce to bring new product launches and editorial moments to life on .

• Translate creative concepts into UX/UI that feels cohesive, thoughtful, and deeply branded

• Work hand-in-hand with Brand Creative art directors, copywriters, and designers.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Site Production, and Web Tech to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and delivered with clarity

• Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems components, and annotated flows that clearly articulate design intent.

• Present work at various stages-from concept to pixel-perfect design-with clarity and strategic reasoning

• Conduct or partner on usability testing and user research to inform design iterations.

• Use qualitative insights, analytics, and experimentation results to refine the experience

• Design for A/B tests and contribute to ongoing conversion rate optimization using tools like GA4, Content Square, Optimizely, and Tableau.

• Bring an iterative mindset to shipping, learning, and improving

• Apply working knowledge of front-end development, React-based frameworks, and ecommerce patterns to create designs that are realistic, efficient, and scalable.

• Ensure accessibility, performance, and localization best practices are considered at every stage.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for ecommerce or digital products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design, user-centered thinking, and systems-level design.

• Proficiency in Figma and standard design/prototyping tools.

• Experience optimizing images, video, and digital assets for web performance.

• Hands-on experience with usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and iterative refinement.

• Familiarity with ADA/WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards and experience advocating for accessible design.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for ecommerce funnels, product pages, or conversion-focused flows.

• Familiarity with headless CMS tools (e.g., Sanity, Contentful) and agile workflows.

• Working knowledge of front-end frameworks, especially React.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with creative, technical, and non-technical teams.
