WHAT YOU’LL DO
Important: This role may involve extensive regional travel. The position also requires frequent travel to surrounding states for law firm meetings, conferences, etc. including regular 2-3+ hour drives, short flights, and overnight stays in hotels.
As an Account Manager Outside Sales, the following will be your duties:
- Meeting sales targets to increase revenue.
- As an account manager, you will build and maintain relationships with personal injury law firms to expand our attorney referral base.
- Take lawyers, paralegals, and case managers out to lunches, dinners, and meetings to grow and maintain relationships with personal injury firms.
- Attend legal events, legal networking events, and trade shows to meet attorneys and paralegals.

About The Role:
Intermedia is seeking a Strategic Channel Account Executive to work alongside Intermedia’s top partners to sell cloud communication services to mid-market and enterprise customers headquartered within the United States and Canada.
A successful Strategic Channel Account Executive will have experience in selling business solutions in one or more of the following or closely related categories: PABX, UCaaS, Call Center, SaaS and must have a proven track record of meeting revenue quotas on both a monthly and annual basis. Experience/ Skills:
- Ability to build efficient quality assurance systems; including electronic document and record control, CAPA, NCR, complaint, training, metrics
- Demonstrated ability to write, review, execute and critique validation protocols, investigation plans, root cause analyses, NCRs, CAPAs, complaints, trend report

- Improve cost efficiency across locations
Ideal Background
We are looking for someone who ideally has:
- 7+ years in commercial construction or multi-site development
- Experience rolling out multiple locations for a retail, fitness, wellness, or healthcare brand
- Strong understanding of permitting, ADA, life safety, and MEP coordination
- Experience managing GCs across multiple markets
- Ability to read and mark up architectural drawings
- Comfort working independently in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
Experience in boutique fitness, med spa, clinic buildouts, or franchise expansion is strongly preferred.
What Success Looks Like
Within 90 days, you will:
- Deliver a standardized Studio Development Playbook
- Establish cost benchmarks per square foot
- Support active site test fits and early-stage development
- Implement project tracking tools for upcoming builds
Within 12 months:
- Successfully support multiple studio openings
- Reduce variability in build costs
- Create a repeatable, scalable development model
