Position Summary:
The Superintendent will be responsible for the field planning and management process of the marine related aspects of construction projects. The Superintendent ensures that the quality of work and materials are upheld and that the schedule is followed as planned as well as enforces and adheres to Company's safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan the job with the Project Manager and assist as required.
- Direct oversight responsibility of time sheets for labor and equipment, as well as daily reports complete with quantities worked.
- Develop and maintain client, subcontractor and team member relationships.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the overall bridge schedule.
- Review, maintain, and monitor crew's productivity and goals daily.
- Review cost reports monthly, initiate field change requests, and prepare vendor or subcontractor back charges with the Project Manager/Project Engineer.
- Enforce quality control and Company safety policies on all aspects of construction.
- Follows the project construction process and schedule to ensure that work is completed on time.
- Review and submit weekly accountability reports.
- Have a clear understanding of pay parameters and specifications by item.
- Provide General Superintendent with a three week look ahead schedule.
- Conduct daily huddles, stretching exercises, and weekly Tool Box Talk with crew.
- Provide Job Hazard Analysis prior to new work activities and review with crew.
- Develop material handling plans with Foremen.
- Identify extra work or change of conditions and report to Project Manager/Project Engineer.
- Ensure that delivery receipts are collected and submitted to field engineers.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Construction preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 8 years of successful and progressive experience in the civil construction field.
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of bridge construction.
- OSHA 10 certified.

Responsibilities
As a Safety Intern, you'll be part of a team implementing and overseeing the Project Safety Program including the development of site safety policies and procedures. You'll assist in monitoring the various construction projects activities, ensuring the compliance with pertinent government regulations, state or provincial, client, and company policies and procedures. You'll assist in establishing and monitoring safe working conditions for our most valuable assets - our people. You'll provide corrective action recommendations and assist in implementing metrics for tracking and reporting on performance issues when needed. Safety Interns will review project work plans for accuracy in conformance with all standards and assist in safety program audits, coaching and regular onsite training. You must have the ability to carry out duties in varying work environments including wide-ranging weather conditions and terrain with the ability to travel and/or relocate as required for projects.
Qualifications
* Must be pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, or a related field of study
* Knowledge of construction safety, current Federal and OSHA requirements
* Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skill

About the Position

We are seeking a Physician specializing in Obstetrics/Gynecology for a 42-day assignment in Minnesota, starting Apr 27, 2026. Our client is looking for a professional to provide full-scope outpatient and surgical OB care, including C-sections and 6-10 surgeries per week, working standard 8 AM to 4 PM shifts. This role involves managing 8-10 births per month and supporting a primarily outpatient OB setting.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide full-scope outpatient and surgical obstetrics care.
- Perform 6-10 surgeries per week, including C-sections.
- Manage 8-10 births on an average month.
- Focus primarily on outpatient obstetrics, serving as the sole OB/GYN certified professional in the county.
- Opportunity to learn robotic surgery for those not yet experienced, provided surgical competency is established.
