What will your typical day look like?

As an Electronic Repair Technician, you will report to the Lab Manager. You will work with a cross-functional team, including other repair technicians, production assemblers, account managers, technical support, and operations to support customers to ensure success and satisfaction.


Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and electronic assemblies (HMI’s, AC/DC drives, power supplies, displays, controllers, amplifiers, etc.) with limited or no schematics and technical documentation.
  • Component level testing an asset.
  • Above average skill in debugging and repairing digital electronics to the component level would be an asset
  • Ability to understand assembly instructions and technical documentation
  • Test electrical and mechanical components and systems
  • Assemble and dis-assemble electrical and mechanical components and systems as required.
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.
  • Provide feedback to engineering and operations groups regarding first time assemblies.
  • Complete repair on assemblies that have failed during one of the post-assembly tests.
  • Assist in product validation and testing when required.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain 5S of your work area.
  • Assist in inventory, packaging, shipping, receiving.
  • Other duties as assigned.

For a candidate to be successful in this role, the key qualifications include:

  • Minimum College Diploma, Electronics Engineering Technician or Technologist
  • Minimum 2 years experience with electronics required
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and electronic assemblies with limited or no schematics and technical documentation.
  • Component level testing an asset.
  • Ability to understand assembly instructions and technical documentation.
  • Experience in general electronics assembly with knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing concepts is an asset.

  • Experience with PCBA – IPC inspection is an asset.
  • Soldering experience is required.
  • Any mechanical and/or electro-mechanical skills are an asset

Job Description

Join our Building & Finishing team at our Haines City, FL plant, where you’ll play a key role in driving efficient production planning, inventory management, and supply coordination to support our growing operations. The position operates under the guidance of the Materials Manager and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

This role requires daily onsite presence. Candidates should live in or near the Haines City, FL area.

  • Review and analyze MRP-generated material requirements to support accurate planning and uninterrupted production.
  • Develop, manage, and track production schedules to ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery commitments.
  • Establish and maintain stocking strategies and inventory levels for designated locations to meet service and cost objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve material issues and prioritize production needs.
  • Coordinate material transfers and expediting activities to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory master data, communicating changes in pricing, lead times, and material attributes to Corporate Procurement.
  • Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on delayed or past-due receipts, and coordinate resolution of material shortages.
  • Ensure end-to-end material traceability for WIP and finished goods, addressing discrepancies to maintain production schedules.
  • Support inventory accuracy initiatives and best practices in coordination with warehouse operations.
  • Develop and analyze monthly reports on schedule attainment, inventory performance, forecasts, and other key metrics, while supporting special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP Preferred), advanced Excel skills, and experience with scheduling software (MRP)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

The Shipping and Receiving function is to ensure that products are stocked, organized, assembled, shipped, and received in an accurate, timely and safe manner while adhering to Sika Policies and Procedures.

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Associate to join our Facades Sales Team. The Sales Associate works within an assigned region/geographical territory to prospect and sell Sika products. Join our dedicated team at the Chattanooga, TN Fibers Plant, and play a vital role in our production process. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Production Operator to help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review process specifications to ensure processing accuracy.

  • Operate cutting equipment as directed and complete shift machine paperwork.

  • Fill out the production board and document countermeasures accurately.

  • Coach leadership team on safe behaviors, conditions, and approaches for improved safety culture

  • Facilitate New Hire EHS Orientation for temporary and full-time employees
  • Participate in the site Behavior Based Safety program

  • Lead assist in Root Cause Analysis for incidents / near misses
  • Integrate all Corporate and Regional Environmental, Health & Safety programs into daily operations

Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health science, or similar degree.
  • 5-10 years professional experience in occupational safety, environmental, or similar role(s).
  • Chemical or similar manufacturing backgrounds preferred
  • CSP or CIH and/or MS preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and influence skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to join our Heavy Civil team in our Dinwiddie VA facilities. This position will support our Field Service Center and VA projects primarily as well as others in the Mid-Atlantic.

This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction.

This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.

Basic Requirements:

  • Must have a CDL B to drive the equipment utilized in the role
  • Experience working on construction sites
  • Experience driving commercial vehicles such as water trucks
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation

Essential Functions:

  • Inspecting and lubricating heavy construction equipment in shop and at construction job sites.
  • Set up, adjust and maintain assigned equipment
  • Make preventative maintenance checks and inspections
  • Repair equipment
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Min. CDL B required
  • Test repaired equipment to insure operating efficiency.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds from ground level to waist level.
  • Continuous standing and walking required throughout a scheduled work shift.
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands
  • Must be able to climb ladders and/or steps on equipment to access areas to be repaired.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, kneel and crawl.
  • Must be able to work in dirty, greasy, noisy, cold, hot and humid working conditions.
  • Required to have acceptable corrected vision (in both eyes) and acceptable corrected hearing
  • Must have the ability to reach, lift and perform work above shoulder height-and the ability to work on uneven surfaces and confined spaces.

Job Description

Sika is seeking a reliable and motivated R&D Lab Technician to support CTG-5, Structural Adhesives team. In this role, you’ll help prepare and test mixes as designed by R&D Chemists/Engineers, test competitive products and work on minor projects with minimum supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability in operating complex laboratory plastic, analytical, and processing.
  • Experience with all plastics testing methods and procedures.

  • Aptitude to work without close supervision
