Education: Required: * Associate's Degree Graduate of a JRCERT accredited school in the field of Radiologic Technology. Licenses And Certification: Required: * Radiographer License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license * Basic Life Support * Registered Radiologic Technologist

The registered Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing the preparation and dispensing of medication, medication order computer entry, monitoring of patient medication therapy and provision of medication information for patients, providers, nurses and other allied health professionals. The registered pharmacist is responsible for overseeing the preparation and dispensing of medication, medication order computer entry, monitoring of patient medication therapy and provision of medication information for patients, providers, nurses and other allied health professionals. POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs all activities of the Department of Nuclear Medicine in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Hospital. Provides excellent customer support by demonstrating the Northwest values of Innovation, Compassion, Accountability and Teamwork. Peforms Nuclear Medicine (NM) procedures using prescribed technique; maintains proficiency on all related equipment. Under general and/or immediate supervision from higher level engineering staff, performs a variety of journey level technical drafting, office and field engineering work; and provides assistance and information to the public. Position Snapshot/A Day in the Life: The Engineering Technician II performs routine drafting and technical engineering work in support of municipal infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include assisting with engineering design and planning, providing customer service, and performing technical office and field duties related to updating, maintaining, and analyzing the Public Works and Engineering Department's Geographic Information System (GIS) and utility infrastructure data. This position coordinates and conducts research, field data collection, and condition assessments of infrastructure assets, using GIS, database, and information management tools to support capital planning and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions
Engineering Technician II -This is the full journey level in the Engineering Technician series. Employees within this class are distinguished from the Engineering Technician I By the performance of the full range of duties as assigned including the moderately complex duties of drafting, office and field engineering work. Employees at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise, and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the work unit. This class is flexibly staffed and is normally filled by advancement from the I level, or when filled from the outside, requires previous work experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Incumbent must have the ability to:
- Review and process tract maps, parcel maps, of line adjustments, grants of easement, and street right-of-ways for recordation.
- Verify fulfillment of conditions of approval for new subdivisions; perform on-site inspections to verify survey monuments related to parcel maps and lot line adjustments.
- Prepare and draft technical engineering plans for construction of streets, alleys, storm drains, water lines, and other public improvements.
- Provide public assistance at counter and over the telephone.
- Prepare quantity and cost estimates for engineering projects.
- Maintain a variety of maps and records including tract maps, parcel maps, lot line adjustments, easements, street and address changes.

- Mastery of distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Demonstrated success in technical debt reduction, performance engineering, and architectural modernization.
- Experience with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, C4 Model), architectural governance, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of platform security, regulatory compliance, and multi-tenant SaaS challenges.
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Reduction in platform-related incidents/support tickets.
- Improvement in deployment speed and release velocity.
- Reduction in MTTR for platform incidents.
- Achievement of modularization milestones (monolith decomposition, service rollout, platform observability in production).
- Increase in automated test coverage, code quality, and system performance metrics.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- TOGAF, Zachman, or similar architecture certification.
- Advanced knowledge of event sourcing, CQRS, service mesh, and cloud-native security.
- Familiarity with semantic technologies, knowledge graphs, and AI/ML integration.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, automated testing tools, and modern DevOps practices.
