Robert Half is partnering with a Chicago business law firm adding an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to their growing team.
This national 180+ attorney firm is known for delivering practical, business‐focused counsel across commercial real estate, corporate/M&A, private equity, commercial finance, tax credits, and complex litigation.

Position Overview
The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys on a variety of transactional real estate matters. This individual will be deeply involved in due diligence, closings, document preparation, and communication with clients and third parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and update due diligence checklists
- Conduct full title and survey review, prepare summaries, and draft objection letters
- Draft, review, and revise leases, loan documents, deeds, and other conveyance documents
- Draft and revise corporate organizational documents
- Perform UCC, judgment, and lien searches; analyze and summarize results
- Coordinate and manage signature page collections for closings
- Communicate directly with clients, lenders, title companies, and other third parties
- Handle electronic and paper document recording (experience with Simplifile a plus)
- Prepare closing binders and post‐closing deliverables
- Assist with additional real estate transactional tasks as needed

Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience required
