We are hiring a Sales Executive – Construction Solutions to drive new business and net-new logo acquisition across the AEC market. This role focuses on Autodesk construction solutions within the Autodesk Forma ecosystem, including capabilities formerly known as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
This is a hunter role for someone who can open doors, generate qualified pipeline, run strong discovery, and close new business by connecting client pain points to software, services, and measurable business outcomes.
Role Summary
The Sales Executive – Construction Solutions is responsible for generating net-new revenue by identifying, engaging, qualifying, and closing new clients for DDSCAD’s construction software and related service offerings.
The role will focus primarily on organizations that can benefit from Autodesk’s construction technology stack, including collaboration, document control, project management, coordination, and connected workflow solutions.
This is not a passive inbound role. We are looking for a proactive, commercially sharp sales professional who is comfortable prospecting into construction and project-delivery environments and who can build credibility with executives, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and manage a pipeline of qualified new-logo opportunities focused on construction software solutions and related services
● Prospect through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals, partner relationships, and targeted account development
● Identify and engage target accounts across general contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, and AEC firms
● Conduct discovery conversations to understand client workflows, pain points, digital transformation priorities, and business drivers
● Position DDSCAD’s value across software, implementation, training, advisory, and client success support
● Lead the sales process from initial outreach through qualification, solution alignment, proposal, negotiation, and close
● Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and a strong post-sale handoff
● Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, forecasting, and opportunity data in CRM
● Build productive working relationships with Autodesk field teams and other relevant ecosystem partners

What We’re Looking For
● 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in the construction space
● Demonstrated success in new business development and net-new logo acquisition
● Proven hunter mentality with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
● Required: proven success closing mid-market deals in software, services, or solution sales
● Preferred: experience supporting or closing enterprise-level opportunities involving complex stakeholders and longer sales cycles

What you’ll do:
The Senior Vice President, Community Management is accountable for the overall success, scalability, and performance of Westward360’s community management division. This role partners closely with Executive Leadership to execute company vision, drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure an exceptional client experience across all markets.
You will lead Vice Presidents and General Managers of Community Association Management (CAM), ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent execution of divisional initiatives.
Division Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as executive leader for the Community Management division, reporting directly to the Management Company President (MCP).
- Provide ongoing insight, recommendations, and performance updates to the MCP and Executive Leadership Team.
- Implement and reinforce company vision, culture, and values across the CAM division.
- Identify opportunities to enhance, retool, and scale community management products and services to meet evolving market and client needs.
Predictable Revenue & Growth
- Drive predictable, recurring revenue through optimized management contracts and value-added services.
- Ensure contractual structures balance client expectations, staff workload, and company profitability.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop new programs and offerings that expand market share among both new and existing clients.

Customer Retention & Client Experience
- Partner closely with the Vice President of Client Success to strengthen client retention and elevate the customer experience.
- Use NPS data, client feedback, and performance metrics to improve service delivery and long-term loyalty.
- Work with General Managers to develop and execute client retention strategies and escalation management plans.
- Serve as the final point of escalation for Vice Presidents and General Managers of CAM, ensuring escalation pathways are defined, followed, and resolved effectively.
- Attend board meetings as needed to support client relationships and strategic outcomes.
Financial & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Review budgets, financial projections, and performance metrics; approve additional expenses and one-off project requests as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the VP of CAM Accounting to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of community financials.
- Assist the MCP and CFO with department budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Support Executive Leadership in identifying and developing new revenue streams.
People Leadership & Collaboration
- Directly lead and develop Vice Presidents and General Managers of CAM.
- Task leaders with developing and executing strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through across divisions.
- Attend and lead weekly and ongoing CAM divisional meetings.
- Identify areas of development within the CAM division and implement policies, procedures, and training to address performance gaps.
- Promote cross-training, best-practice sharing, and collaboration across departments.
- Encourage a customer-centric, accountable, and performance-driven culture.

Job Overview
The Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Analyst serves as the on-site liaison between the operations management team and the Information Technology team, and plays a role of a super user in the utilization of the system. They would be responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting. First point of contact for assistance, questions, issues, training others, etc. at the operations level. Work with Operations teams, IT, and Engineering groups to ensure optimal configurations for WMS conversions, enhancements, and new business requirements.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.
- Serves as the on-site liaison between the Operations Management and Information Technology teams, acting as a super user of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting, and functions as the first point of contact for operational-level assistance, including user questions, issues, and training. Collaborates with Operations, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure optimal system configurations for WMS conversions, enhancements, and new business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field plus 3 years of experience in warehouse management systems, or related.
- A minimum of 3 years of related systems experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Requires skills and experience to involve: Expert-level knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS from an operational perspective, including data mining, issue investigation, system adjustments, and development of best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing warehouse zones, including movement paths, storage zones, pick zones, and count zones, to ensure efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot RF (radio frequency) issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Expertise in barcode configuration and management, supporting accurate and efficient inbound, picking, and pack-out processes across multiple product lines.
- Strong background in waving processes and shortage resolution, critical to ensuring on-time order fulfillment.
- Experience testing within Blue Yonder WMS environments, following documentation best practices to ensure system reliability and consistency.
- Skilled in troubleshooting support requests related to WMS and integrated systems or interfaces.
- Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and site-specific process documentation to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
- Familiarity with shipping quality guidelines, and extensive experience in inventory management and quality control to ensure operational excellence.
