The candidate will be responsible for the design of mechanical, plumbing and utility systems for industrial food processing facilities. The primary applications include steam, compressed air, chilled water, hot water, domestic water, HVAC/Refrigeration, natural gas, plumbing and other process-related systems.
Required skills include HVAC heat load calculations (knowledge of HVAC load calculation software) and diversities, industrial ventilation design, equipment specification, selections and alternatives, controls and sequencing of operations, pressurization and hygienic zoning, knowledge of current industry refrigerant regulations, etc.
It is assumed the candidate can design such systems with limited direction, can mentor others, and be capable of supervising the work of other engineers and designers while serving as the lead engineer on any given project.
The candidate must have a working knowledge of the International Mechanical Code, International Energy Code, International Plumbing Code, International Fuel Gas Code, ASHRAE Standards, LEED, specification writing, etc. The candidate will be responsible for man-hour estimating, conceptual development, detailed design, calculations, construction level documents, written specifications, responding to RFIs, shop drawings and submittal review, site inspection visits, and oversight of Revit production resources and record drawings.
The role at times may require independent work or the need to manage team members assigned to their projects, while ensuring project requirements, schedule, and overall document quality are met. Inter-discipline coordination, BIM clash detection, shop drawing review, and site inspections will be required.
The candidate must be a team player and committed to the quality of work generated. - A minimum of 15 years of mechanical, plumbing and utility systems design experience. - Revit MEP experience highly preferred. - A Professional Engineering license, in good standing, is required in a minimum of (1) one state. B 2 B Lead Generation:
Are you self-motivated with a positive attitude and results-driven mindset?
We are looking for an experienced individual to aid in lead generation. You will reach out to prospects utilizing a database to generate interest in our company and ultimately provide leads for our Service Group and Sales Team. This is Business to Business prospecting, not retail, and not direct sales! You will be promoting our company as the industry leader we are. You will be instrumental to develop an internal process to nurture leads for new business and increased market penetration from these sources.
A background of customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing would all be a good basis for success. Your work is to promote, not to sell. Strong organizational and time-management skills would be a plus. You will have oversight, but will need to self-manage your efforts.
A combination of base, and bonuses as the team experiences success from your efforts will be available as your W2 compensation.
In-office position, hour M-F 8am-4:30pm. Office casual dress.

The Responsibilities
A Theory Store Manager is the ultimate leader of their store, developing and motivating the store team to provide a superior level of customer service that results in business and team success.
Business Leader
● Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI’s to develop and support business driving strategies
● Lead team selling strategies based on expert knowledge of the product and a client-centric approach
● Lead team by leveraging company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals
● Manage the business both in-season and with a long-term view balancing market awareness, product knowledge, client focus, and team dynamics
People Leader
● Demonstrate an ability to lead dynamic and high-performing teams to achieve store and company goals
● Proven ability to identify & recruit high-potential talent in the marketplace
● Establish an individual development plan to support professional growth aspirations and talent needs across the Theory & Helmut Lang brands
● Use company performance tools to evaluate each associate and provide constant feedback to drive individual growth and improvement
Operations Leader
● Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed by the team in accordance with company Policy and Procedures
● Oversee inventory processes to ensure shrink results consistently meet company expectations
● Implement tactics to manage and maintain an effective P&L strategy
● Plan ahead for future business needs to continually improve business results
Business Partner
● Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to support organizational goals
● Communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels in the organization; including the executive team.
● Partner with field and corporate leaders to establish effective in-season on long term strategies aligned with company initiatives
● Demonstrate an ability to navigate the organization with a balance of business need and brand culture
The Essentials
● 8+ years of proven experience with high-profile & established multi-unit companies
● Dynamic interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
● Highly- motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
● Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
● Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
● Computer skills to operate point of sale system, experiences with teamwork is a plus
Salary range: $85,000 - $88,000*
Full-Time position: The Company provides additional compensation, which includes:
- A semi-annual discretionary bonus as defined by the bi-annual discretionary bonus program description
