Summary /Objective
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Softgoods Product Developer with experience in raw materials development and sourcing. This mid-level role will support the end-to-end product creation process for our swimwear product category, with an emphasis on material performance, quality, and supplier coordination. You'll work cross-functionally with design, technical design, merchandising, marketing, production and manufacturers to bring innovative, consumer-driven products to market.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with design team to develop and commercialize new seasonal swimwear products.
- Support raw material selection and development, ensuring alignment with performance, aesthetic, and cost targets.
- Track and manage raw material libraries, testing protocols, and certifications (e.g., bluesign®, Oeko-Tex®, GRS).

The Co-Manufacturing Supply Chain Supervisor will play a key role in launching and sustaining Kevin’s emerging Co-Manufacturing (Co-Man) network. This position is responsible for leading daily coordination across external manufacturing (EM) partners, ensuring executional excellence, QFS compliance, and supply chain reliability.
This role will coordinate EM and value-added services for multiple product platforms, capacity preservation initiatives, and future innovation and resiliency efforts. This role oversees the movement of materials, production execution, inventory accuracy, and cross functional alignment with Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and EM partners. The ideal candidate brings hands-on co-man and supply chain experience, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can balance urgency with precision.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the day-to-day operational lead between Kevin’s and EM partners for all co‑manufacturing activities across multiple product platforms.
- Partner with Demand Planning and EM partners to maintain structured communication that aligns forecasts, production plans, and finished goods availability.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of subcontracting POs, STOs, deliveries, and receipts in SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure materials are aligned with production and quality requirements.

The Role We Want You For
In this role, you will manage the organization and direction of project construction activities and oversee total site management including supervision of client contractors, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, and finance and accounting. Your leadership will ensure project operations are compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget, and clients are satisfied. The Specifics of the Role
- Responsible for the organization and direction of all on-site construction related activities and the primary contact for all project field activities.
- Ensure construction operations are in compliance with design, specifications, and that construction operations are completed on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
- Responsible for site management including management of construction subcontractors, professional staff to include field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, finance and accounting services, and workforce services. Responsible for managing and maintaining detailed daily reports.

- Technical knowledge and experience of relevant construction methods and systems including:
- Utility relocates and slope stability works.
- Full understanding of multiple mission critical platforms.
- Full understanding and working knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems. General understanding of BMS and EPMS Systems.
- Full understanding and coordination of Utility relocations, underground medium voltage systems, and BIM modeling coordination of ALL utilities both above and below ground.
- Full understanding and managing of all LOTO procedure's and FOD inspections for all systems.
- Ability to research and understand local codes and jurisdictional requirements for the project.
- Knowledge of project-specific environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience with successful interface management on Data Center/Mission Critical projects.
- OSHA 30 required.
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.

Responsibilities:
Design:
- Provide weekly reports to the Senior Landscape Designer
- Conceptual Landscape Design using AutoCAD
- Site evaluation, measurements and prepare graphic representations or drawings of proposed plans or designs
- Assist Landscape Designers in managing and making sure site plans and site evaluations are implemented correctly and reviewing projects on-site with landscape forepersons
- Plant selection and arrangements for design
- Assist with preparing presentations for client meetings, preparation of site plans, specifications, or cost estimates for landscape projects
- Analyze data on conditions such as site location, drainage, or structure location for or landscaping plans
- Assist with the development of marketing materials, proposals, or presentation to generate new work opportunities
- Assist with the inspection of landscape work to ensure compliance with specifications, evaluate quality of materials
Project Management:
- Review construction documents and specifications, including take-offs to create accurate estimates
- Effectively work, communicate and follow-up with landscape architects, designers, and builders to clarify construction drawings
- Create construction budgets that detail total costs for approved landscape jobs prior to their commencement
- Using historical data, create man hour budgets for approved landscape jobs prior to their commencement
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date set of construction plans for each assigned job and ensuring field project manager has a matching set
- Request and review subcontractor and vendor quotes for various work items
- Communicate with Purchasing departments on materials costings and create vendor markups from historic data
- Work closely and delegate tasks to the Landscape construction office team
- Perform site inventories, analyses, and take field measurements as needed
- Create Landscape Management Reports and minutes for site meetings
- Maintain and record “as-builts” for projects
- Verify contract specifications are being met
- Manage and drive the punch list process to ensure each assigned job is thoroughly completed to the highest standards

The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading electrical design, engineering, construction, and maintenance contractor headquartered in Buffalo, NY with a legacy of serving commercial, industrial, institutional, and utility clients. The organization delivers comprehensive power systems, lighting, controls, and infrastructure solutions — from high-voltage substations to low-voltage systems and 24/7 emergency service — supported by in-house expertise in engineering and project execution.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications. You will coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and clients, manage schedules and financials, and proactively address project risks to drive successful outcomes and maintain strong customer relationships.
Role & Responsibility:
- Build relationships with customers and introduce complete portfolio of company services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with all company divisions when working with new and existing customers to ensure exceptional project delivery.
- Adhere to IBEW rules and regulations and all customer, Local, State and Federal codes and standards.
- Manage and oversee construction project lifecycle to include:
- Contract, Finance, and budget:
- Understanding the full scope of a project based on contract documents and or scope letter.
- Manage customer requests for estimates in a timely manner.
- Manage and track the Change Order process to effectively keep the project moving forward. This includes maintaining the contract value in Foundation is accurate with the work being performed.
- Manage and prepare all invoices per the contract and or the customers’ specific requirements.
- Manage the project budget by tracking (and reviewing weekly) the projects committed costs and actual cost vs estimated costs and estimated cost to complete.
- Setup and review weekly cost codes (based on all projects being over 1000 man\hours).
- Create and manage subcontracts for necessary work to be performed on the project.
- Work collaboratively with the foreman on progress of project to ensure the project is appropriately staffed and field employees have all required tools & equipment to perform their job safely and efficiently.
- Procure materials with the intension of just-in-time delivery; resolve delivery issues and site logistics challenges with safety and efficiency in mind.
- Work in conjunction with other trades on jobsite to meet project objectives.
- When required, manage the submittal approval process to ensure compliance with contract specifications and installation methodology.
- Create and drive a construction schedule that aligns with the owner/construction manager’s schedule.
- Create and manage all subcontracts where labor is required to be performed.
- Create and manage all participation requirements per the project contract.
- Manage the RFI Process.
- Ensure project closeout documents are submitted in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (construction or project management, engineering, etc.) preferred
- Five years in the commercial electrical trade preferably running projects as a foreman.
- Field experience coordinating with construction management.
- Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects
- Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio.
- Exceptional initiative, execution and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician's license a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
