In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the local team to prepare, install, and service a wide range of monitoring equipment in diverse environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the candidate will perform field and office-based tasks aligned with company policies, standards, and best practices. You’ll also contribute to project success by providing quality control support, observations, and technical recommendations to the project team.
Main Responsibilities
· Install and maintain the performance of various geotechnical and structural monitoring instruments following Sixense procedures, including but not limited to datalogging systems, Vibration Monitors, Noise Monitors and Automatic Motorized Total Stations.
· Assembling instrumentation and Automatic Data Acquisition Systems (ADAS).
· Operation of power tools and hand tools (hammer drill, Sawzall, wrenches, etc.)
· Performing the configuration of the Data Management System.
· Coordinating and communicating with clients, subcontractors, and others.
· Provide timely assistance to engineers and fellow technicians as needed.
· Perform routine maintenance and installations, which may involve working at height, on rail systems, or during night shifts.
Health & Safety

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Job Description
Drill Tech is looking for a Design Engineer to work from our office in Royce City, TX.
