Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2, 3-2, 2-3)
* Night Shift: 5:50 PM - 6:20 AM

* Must be available for overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency coverage as needed
Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
* Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, steam, and compressed air systems
* Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
* Conduct daily ammonia system inspections and rounds
* Support equipment modifications and technical troubleshooting
* Participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Root Cause Analysis activities
* Perform maintenance during both production and scheduled downtime
* Assist maintenance technicians and support training of new employees
* Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
* Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Education:
* High school diploma or GED required
* 1-2 years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience or technical trade certification
* Basic computer proficiency
* Preferred experience with:

HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, and steam systems
* RETA CARO or CIRO certification required or obtainable within 12 months

Lactalis American Group, Inc. part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring Maintenance Techs Levels III based in Nampa, ID. Maintenance Technician Level III will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing and packaging equipment through a broad knowledge base of manufacturing skills in electrical, controls and mechanical disciplines involving work of a varied nature; resulting in efficient and reliable operation of plant facilities.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Level III Responsibilities
Mechanical: Greasing and changing parts, making movement adjustments to machinery, aligning linear bearings and motors; drilling, grinding and cutting, basic lathe and milling, welding and modifying parts.
Electrical: Reading schematics, using voltmeters, troubleshooting relay and PLC logic panels.
Pneumatic: Adjusting flows, change/repair components
Plumbing: Replace PVC, copper, galvanized and/or steel piping including making modifications.

Position
The Vendor Manager will be responsible for maintaining Lula's community of skilled trade vendors throughout the U.S. In this position candidates will be responsible for:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Data Center Site Manager to oversee the operations of our mission-critical data center infrastructure. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in facility management, electrical and mechanical systems, and operational excellence in high-availability environments.

- Lead and oversee all data center operations, ensuring 24/7 uptime and optimal performance.
- Serve as the senior authority on-site, providing leadership, escalation management, and decision-making support.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians and engineers across multiple shifts.
- Manage all site financials, serving as a responsible corporate steward through effective Opex and Capex budgeting forecasting, and financial control.

As a dedicated Manager, Claims Operations, you will lead and be accountable for auto, and other claims operations member service employees who are responsible for serving our members, and providing appropriate solutions as they investigate, evaluate and negotiate the claim. Develop engaged employees through regular coaching and feedback to deliver business results. Complete process improvements, provide feedback on the process and lead organizational process changes. Drive execution of operational risk management, regulatory compliance training, policies and, procedures.

What you'll do:
Inspect and review quality of claim files and provide feedback to employees as appropriate.
Responsible for ongoing coaching and driving awareness so employees understand how their work and contributions support the overall claims and Enterprise strategies.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, member experiences and processes providing feedback to internal partners
Build conditions for success removes obstacles, leads and champions change.
Achieve optimal productivity through leading workload volumes, staffing, training needs, and identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
Responsible for ongoing monitoring of work to ensure consistent execution of processes and adherence to guidelines and frameworks.
Handle escalations and make appropriate decisions based on the policy.
Facilitate and guide employees through skill identification and developing for career progression. Support projects by serving as a subject matter expert.
Hire, develop, and coach claims employees for results delivery.
Consistently coach employees on claims handling and find opportunities to improve overall process and engagement
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience to include a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience required with demonstrated proficiency.
2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience.
Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service and/or claims handling skills.
Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months time in role.

- Current experience as a Claims Manager or Supervisor.
- 2+ years handling complex non-Injury auto coverage and liability decisioning.
- 2+ years physical damage and/or auto injury claims experience.
- 2+ years of experience handling total loss claims.
- Strong experience coaching and developing claims adjusters to meet organizational and development / career path goals.
- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.
