Position Summary
This position will assist with the daily preparation of the softball fields for the Summer Rec Softball program. Additional tasks will include maintenance of the sports courts, including the pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park and Crystal Lake Sports park.

Essential Duties

Responsibilities
Responsible for installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, modification, testing, and fabrication of the Reliable-designed mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/avionics assemblies, harnessing, interconnects, and other commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products
Conduct design for excellence (DFx) reviews to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements
Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to embed manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation in all phases of product development (e.g., prototype, R&D, certification, and production)
Develop and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, quality management system, technical bulletins, engineering orders, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives
Develop processes to ensure accurate, current, and complete documentation (installation and inspection records, logbook entries, etc.) is utilized and maintained
Lead root-cause analysis and implement timely corrective actions to maintain schedule, quality, and reliability
Ensure an adequate supply of tools, serviceable parts, components, and consumables necessary for aircraft servicing and maintenance is maintained
Oversee routine/non-routine aircraft installations, inspections, and maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and availability across multiple airframes
Basic Success Criteria
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems engineering, or 7+ years of relevant experience leading aircraft maintenance/modification operations
7+ years of aircraft design, manufacturing, inspection, and/or testing experience
2+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs in aerospace, autonomy, or robotics
2+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as Altium, NX, and Teamcenter
Preferred Criteria
Holder of an FAA-accredited Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
Prototype/R&D development or New Product Introduction (NPI) experience
Experience with industry or regulatory requirements such as AS9100, CFR 14 CFR 21.137, and/or 14 CFR Part 145

Major components of this position are support to the maintenance department, contractor coordination, project management support and buildings, vehicles and grounds upkeep. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor but frequently receives daily assignments from the Maintenance Manager.
Essential Functions
- Perform maintenance related duties to maintain facilities and grounds in a premier manner.
- Keep assigned work orders current to seven days.
- Assist maintenance technicians and other departments as requested for special projects.
- Pickup, deliver, load and unload freight and move equipment between storage building and plant as required.
- Maintain oil and lubricants for the maintenance team.
- Provide contractor coordination and oversight, ensures quality of work meets or exceeds company standards. Verify contract employees adhere to company safety and quality policies.
- Deliver of salt and chemical for water treatment of plant water circuit systems.
- Assist with the maintenance of cooling towers and condensers.
- Perform maintenance on department and office vehicles and other large equipment.
- Operate large equipment for construction related duties and snow removal.
- Maintain training requirements to serve on the emergency response team.
- Comply with all company safety rules and follow PPE requirements to achieve no injuries and no lost time accidents.
- Maintain standard records pertaining to daily work requirements in a manner that makes them a reliable data source for safety, quality and regulatory requirements and audits.
- Understand and adhere to all GMPs and food safety policies and procedures and perform all work in a manner that ensures the highest standard of food safety and quality.

The Maintenance Planner performs the following functions:
- Prioritizes any safety concerns and ensures safety protocols are followed in all situations.
- Acts as the liaison between Maintenance and all other departments in the facility.
- Develops and maintains open communications within area of responsibility and supported departments.
- Works to ensure close coordination between EHS, quality, operations, maintenance and engineering to ensure the right work is planned then scheduled to minimize future problems and unplanned downtime.
- Develops detailed Work Order job plans to “Ready to Schedule” status, providing all of the information, kitted parts, tools and methods to support efficient execution of work.
- Works closely with the craftspeople in the development of job plans.
- Conducts planning meetings as needed to ensure the Job Plan meets the customer’s needs.
- Develops a weekly schedule of planned maintenance work.

The Role:
To plan and execute all maintenance activities to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of all machinery, equipment, and plant utility systems (refrigeration, compressed air, water, electricity). This is a hands-on, autonomous role that combines planning with the direct execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
What You Will Do:
- Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Support & Repairs: Directly perform all maintenance tasks, including mechanical and electrical repairs, to resolve failures and keep production equipment in service.
- Utility Systems Management: Maintain and ensure the proper operation of all plant utility systems, including refrigeration, compressed air, water supply, and electrical systems.
- Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of critical spare parts and supplies, identifying needs and handling purchase requests to ensure materials are available.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate maintenance work with the production department and other peers to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operation.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with company safety standards, maintaining a safe work environment.
What You Will Need:
- A Technical degree in Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience performing maintenance in an industrial processing environment, preferably in the seafood industry.
- Proven experience working autonomously and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics and electricity.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing processing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and information.
- Knowledge of refrigeration, compressed air, and other utility systems.
- Collaboration and teamwork with peers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Specialist (exp in site development using hand tools/power tools)
Job Description:
This role involves coordinating a variety of tasks related to facilities maintenance, safety, vendor relationships, and shoreline property management to ensure sites remain safe, efficient, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Maintenance & Operations: Perform day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs on buildings, equipment, grounds, piers, boat ramps, roads, and shoreline structures
- Assist in coordinating repairs and maintenance with external service providers
- Support general upkeep and improvements of shoreline recreation facilities
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Assist with obtaining quotes and coordinating service agreements
- Help ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope
- Safety & Compliance Support implementation of safety and security protocols across recreation facilities
- Assist with conducting safety inspections and shoreline surveillance
- Help ensure compliance with FERC hydro license requirements and company guidelines
- Environmental Stewardship: Promote sustainable practices such as waste reduction and energy conservation
- Assist with maintaining environmentally responsible recreation sites
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and site activities
- Complete scheduled maintenance checklists and inspection reports
Experience:
- Experience in land, facility, or building maintenance and management
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Background in general construction, carpentry, masonry, or landscaping
- Experience supporting site development projects involving earthwork or structural improvements
- Experience operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience working with ADA compliance projects is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of APC’s reservoir system and public recreation sites preferred

JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Maintenance / Reliability Strategy’s (including functional goals and a financial plan by using the full breadth of maintenance and reliability work processes, best practices, tools, and effective leveraging of resources.
- Serves as the Maintenance Work Process / discipline owner and administrative resource leader.
- The Maintenance / Reliability Leader is responsible for safety, reliability, and cost management.
- Acts as the Maintenance Process owner and is responsible for process execution, improvement, sustainability, and results.
- Ensures Maintenance and Reliability principles are integrated into new projects.
- Responsible for tracking and analyzing Reliability metrics / data (e.g. asset utilization, PM compliance, PPM data, etc.) and updating strategies based on results.
Required:
- 6+ years experience as a maintenance or reliability engineer operating within a manufacturing facility.
- 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience as a Champion for change.
- Proven track record of project management experience, and leading cross-functional project management groups.
- Detailed knowledge of maintenance work process (planning, scheduling, logistics, etc.)
