As a Construction Claims Coordinator with SERVPRO, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers, insurance partners, and internal teams. In this role, you will manage a wide range of administrative and communication functions that support the insurance claims process from start to finish. This position will work heavily within carrier portals, documentation systems, and in close partnership with Estimators, Project Managers, and Insurance Adjusters.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Construction Claims Coordinator, you will oversee essential file management and claims communication functions that keep insurance-related projects accurate, compliant, and moving forward efficiently.


In this role you will:

  • Manage all claims documentation, uploading and organizing required photos, estimates, invoices, and notes.
  • Work heavily within insurance carrier portals (XactAnalysis) to update job status and submit required documents.
  • Manage mortgage company authorization regarding ACV and depreciation.
  • Create PO's and work within our construction software to manage payments and expenses.
  • Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters regarding approvals, supplements, missing information, and claim status.
  • Assist Estimators and Project Managers by ensuring job files are complete and meet carrier guidelines.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims, restoration, construction administration, or related office support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Position Summary


The Director of Construction is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all construction-related activities across the organization, including insurance-based residential and commercial reconstruction, capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, and the plumbing division. This role provides executive oversight of Construction Operations, Estimating, Project Management, and Field Execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and to SERVPRO’s highest standards of quality and customer service.


The Director of Construction leads and develops Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Estimators while establishing scalable systems, accountability, and performance standards. This position serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, insurance partners, customers, trade partners, and internal departments to ensure consistent, high-quality results across all construction activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Executive & Operational Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for all construction operations, including insurance reconstruction, CAPEX projects, and plumbing services
  • Establish and enforce operational standards, workflows, and performance expectations across all construction divisions
  • Oversee Construction Operations Managers and ensure consistent execution across all markets and project types
  • Serve as a senior leader in organizational planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives


Project & Operations Oversight

What You'll Do?

As a Finish Carpenter/Handyman, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures as directed by the Construction Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Understand carpentry techniques of installation and construction
  • Read blueprints, sketches, or building plans with proficient understanding

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain Franchise's web and social media sites with content creation
  • Provide sales and marketing administration, including referral source follow-up and database management
  • Coordinate and attend all public relations programs, including sales and marketing events, CE classes, and networking
  • Provide newsletters and e-blast coordination
  • Maintain key account target list and provide research and ensure crucial deadlines are met
  • Provide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and tracking
  • Maintain sales and marketing materials and supplies
  • Perform market research
Position Requirements
  • Two years minimum experience with sales and marketing support
  • Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish a major plus
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
  • Ability to drive with a valid driver's license
  • Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law

Hours

  • 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required, typically between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. with some after-hours events

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships, driving our marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, become active in local and regional associations and trade show events, and maintain an active presence at a local and regional level. Production Technician Requirements:

Production Technician Job Duties:

  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100lbs with assistance.
  • Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and work in tight spaces (crawl spaces & attics).
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up the staging area and equipment for each project.
  • Perform production processes following company production guidelines per work order and crew chief directions.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.

Production Technician Schedule:

Days and hours: 40 hours per week, Emergency Restoration services operate 24 hours per day 7 days per week. The days and time for employee schedule fluctuate upon job needs. Must be willing to work on call, including nights & weekends.
