A Brief Overview
As a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will utilize our industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. The ideal candidate has experience building SaaS platforms in multi-tenant environments and can translate messaging systems, automation workflows, APIs, and compliance requirements into scalable product architecture that drives measurable revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap for Smart Marketing, aligning platform capabilities with company growth objectives
- Design and scale messaging orchestration across SMS, Apple Business Messages, and in-app communication channels
- Partner with engineering to define APIs, event-driven triggers, data pipelines, and multi-tenant configuration frameworks
- Implement opt-in governance, suppression logic, and compliance controls (including TCPA and channel-level consent)
- Build and manage a structured Template Library for dealership lifecycle communications, including service reminders, OEM maintenance triggers, appointment confirmations, offers, warranty notifications, and post-service follow-ups
- Convert high-performing campaigns into reusable, scalable system templates with governance standards
- Drive measurable improvements across the retention funnel (Response → Appointment → Service Completion → RO Revenue)
- Define experimentation frameworks, A/B testing protocols, and performance dashboards to optimize conversion and retention
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, engineering, legal, and design teams to align messaging strategy with scheduling, loyalty, and service workflows
- Lead product readiness and expansion of Apple Business Messages and additional strategic communication channels
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS, platform, or lifecycle engagement environments
- Proven experience building messaging, CRM, notification, or automation-based systems
- Strong systems thinking across APIs, automation workflows, event-driven architecture, and data modeling
- Experience operating in multi-tenant or B2B2C product environments

The Fabrication Welding Technician is responsible for a variety or welding duties, including performing multiple welding processes, including fusion welding, on both, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, layout and fabrication of precision weldments from blueprints utilizing industry standard fabrication methods; meeting demands and completing work orders in a timely manner; ensuring availability and functioning of required items; and ensuring safety and resolving immediate safety concerns. Job Description
The City of Renton is recruiting for a Civil Engineer at the 1 or 2 level to join the Surface Water Engineering section. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that improve drainage, reduce stormwater pollutant discharge to creeks, and improving fish habitat. These projects improve public safety and the natural environment of our growing city. Work will consist of delivering design and construction of small- to mid-scale stormwater projects, providing technical reviews for consultants, coordinating with the public and other city departments, and supporting senior engineers on large-scale complex projects. The candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as experience or interest in stormwater management. The selected candidate would be hired in a Civil Engineer 1 or Civil Engineer 2 depending on their qualification and experience.

Essential Functions for Civil Engineer 1 and 2
- Participate in the selection of consultants, negotiate consultant agreements, monitor consultant progress and expenditures, manage contract, and provide technical directions to consultants; oversee the work produced by consultants to ensure that consultant deliverables are of high quality, meet the objectives of the project, and conform to applicable standards and regulations.
- Provide project coordination between city project team members, other city departments, outside agencies and other external stakeholders to ensure needs are being met by proposed designs and specifications; ensure proper communication at key intervals.
- Participate in public outreach and community involvement efforts. Compile, review, and/or present information and other materials to City Council and the public.
- Develop, recommend, and update city design standard plans, specifications, ordinances, and operating procedures.
