What You Bring

Position Summary
The Program Assistant provides programmatic and administrative support for the Science Philanthropy Alliance, primarily related to our member network and philanthropic advisory services. The Allianceβs team works in a highly collaborative process to provide bespoke advisory services to increase philanthropic funding for scientific research. Responsibilities

Position specifics
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. The Alliance offers a robust benefits package including full medical, dental, disability, and life insurance benefits, retirement plan participation and flexible spending accounts, vacation, personal and volunteer leave benefits. The Allianceβs New York City based team is expected to work in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday, except when job commitments require presence in the office.

We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist to lead the science behind how advertisers understand the impact of their investment on Pinterest through first and third party measurement products. You'll push the boundaries of ads measurement, advancing our approaches to causal inference and incrementality and partner closely with Product and Engineering, as well as represent Pinterest science externally with customers and partners.
What you'll do:
- Own the development of measurement methodologies that help advertisers understand and optimize the value of their Pinterest campaigns across the full ads delivery funnel.
- Design, implement, and validate advanced causal inference methods for incrementality and lift measurement.
- Ensure scientific rigor in our measurement products by anticipating and mitigating risks such as bias, imbalance, and under-power.
- Influence Ads Product & Engineering to define the measurement roadmap and integrate science solutions into products and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external measurement partners (e.g., clean rooms, conversion APIs, MMM partners, MTA vendors) to design and evaluate joint solutions.

What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying scientific methods to solve real-world problems on web-scale data.
- 5+ years in ads measurement with a strong focus on ad effectiveness and incrementality (e.g., conversion lift, brand lift, budget-split testing, matched-market tests, MMM, MTA).
- Proficiency in SQL and expertise in at least one scripting language (ideally Python or R).
- Strong business and product sense, with a track record of turning ambiguous questions into well-defined analyses or success metrics and driving decisions that balance scientific rigor and business value.
- Demonstrated leadership of key technical projects and meaningful influence on the work of other data scientists, particularly junior and senior peers.

THE POSITION:
Medical Information is a critically important customer-facing function that supports the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical company products by providing timely, scientifically balanced, evidence based, nonpromotional information in response to unsolicited requests from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and payers. Medical Information also plays an important role in post-marketing handling of adverse events and product complaints. As part of the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) team, this position ensures client success by providing oversight of assigned clients, including implementation, ongoing management, regular touchpoints and meetings. This position understands client needs, and ensures deliverables meet expectations, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Ensure client success by providing oversight of assigned clients, including implementation, ongoing management, regular touchpoints and meetings.

- Provide constructive suggestions and follow through with implementation of appropriate changes. This may include revising/updating content or processes to meet EVERSANAMICC service standards as well as the expectations and requirements of the client(s).
- Triage and respond to medical information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals, consumers, and payers. Utilize medical information skills to identify, research, and critically evaluate medical literature to create responses to medical information inquiries.
- Utilize writing skills for adverse event and product complaint narrative during intake as well as medical inquiry custom responses.
- Handle requests across multiple channels and platforms (phone, email, CRM, chat, etc.)
- Identify adverse events and product complaints during interactions with customers. Perform intake sufficient to generate adverse event and product complaint reports in compliance with EVERSANA-MICC and client standard operating procedures. Knowledge of FDAβs postmarketing adverse event reporting regulations and safety terminology. Ability to make accurate assessments regarding what information needs to be obtained and level or depth of information to be collected.
- Coordinate processes necessary for responding to product quality-related complaints. This process may involve interactions with personnel in the following departments: Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and the complainant.
- Maintain product, therapeutic area, and client specific requirements knowledge.
- Ensure good documentation, high quality, and excellent customer service.
- Medical writing and Medical Information content development. Provide medical writing to assist in drafting of Medical Information response documents [FAQs, Scientific Response Documents (SRDs), Custom Response Documents (CRDs)] and/or work collaboratively with medical writing team to develop these materials. ο· Staffing at scientific medical affairs booths.
- On-call responsibilities on an as assigned basis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the field-based extension of the Pharvarisβ Medical Affairs Team

- This is a remote field-based position that will cover the east coast. (Maine to Florida). Candidates should live in close proximity to a large airport hub within that geography.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Function as the primary medical point of contact in geographic area.
- Maintain clinical and scientific, expertise in oncology with specific focus in standards of care related to the treatment of ALK + NSCLC.

SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is monitoring and measuring process and product performance, establishing and implementing recommendations for improvements to both product and process, and ensure optimal production of the various products produced by American Packaging.

- Analyze processes and products using statistical techniques, to identify improvement opportunities, and measure process/product performance to ensure continual improvement.
- Participate with the gathering of information needed to establish process conditions for new and developing products and processes. This involves observing trials/developmental orders and production runs, and communicating with the manufacturing, scheduling, sales, graphics, and supplier team members.
- Ownership of CI projects as assigned. Lead projects, provide data and set up projects to achieve CI goals.
- Organize and lead process and product improvement teams/initiatives, using established project management techniques, to improve product quality and process performance and lead the implementation of those improvements.
- Ensure that manufacturing specifications are known, understood, and communicated.
- Provide engineering expertise as needed.
- Analyze production and test data to establish consistent production results.
- Utilize data to recommend design changes to correct/resolve problems and contribute to the optimization of products to the required technological specifications or end uses.
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization as required. This will range from hourly production employee up to and including the Operations Director.
- Work schedule must be flexible to allow for attendance at trials/production during nights and/or weekends if necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Scientific Computing and Data group at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai partners with scientists to accelerate scientific discovery. To achieve these aims, we support a cutting-edge high-performance computing and data ecosystem along with MD/PhD-level support for researchers. The group is composed of a high-performance computing team, the research clinical data warehouse team and a research data services team.
The Senior HPC Administrator, High Performance Computational and Data Ecosystem, is responsible for a computational and data science ecosystem for researchers at Mount Sinai. This ecosystem includes high-performance computing (HPC) systems, clinical research databases, and a software development infrastructure for local and national projects. To meet Sinaiβs scientific and clinical goals, the Senior Administrator has a good technical understanding for computational, data and software development systems along with a strong focus on customer service for researchers. The HPC Senior Administrator is an expert troubleshooter and productive team member and leads projects to effective and efficient completion independently under little to no supervision. This position reports to the Director for Computational & Data Ecosystem in Scientific Computing. Specific responsibilities are listed below.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and maintain Scientific Computingβs computational and data science ecosystem including ~30,000 cores with high bandwidth, low latency interconnects, GPUs, large shared memory nodes, databases, scientific workflows and 30+ petabytes of storage in production, clinical data warehouse and software development environment.
- Lead the troubleshooting, isolation and resolution of all technical issues including application, system, hardware, software, and network). Actively monitors the systems.
- Maintains, tunes and manages computational, data, cloud technologies and workflow systems for ISMMS researchers, scientists and their external collaborators. Defines and deploys a comprehensive computational and data vision. Identifies and communicates system advantages/disadvantages and tradeoffs.
- Designs, develops, implements system administration tasks, including hardware and software configuration, configuration management, system monitoring (including the development and maintenance of regression tests), usage reporting, system performance (file systems, scheduler, interconnect, high availability, etc.), security, networking and metrics, etc.
- Collaborates effectively with research and hospital system IT, compliance, HIPAA, security and other departments to ensure compliance with all regulations and Sinai policies.
- Participates in the integration of HPC resources with laboratory equipment such as sequencers, clinical and research data resources and systems, etc. Incorporate and link data and compute resources.
- Researches, deploys and optimizes resource management and scheduling software and policies and actively monitoring. Designs, tunes, manages and upgrades parallel file systems, storage and data-oriented resources.
- Researches, deploys and manages security infrastructure, including development of policies and procedures.
- Maintain all necessary aspects of HPC in accordance with best practices. Develops and implements backup policies.
- Prepares and manages budgets for hardware, software and maintenance. Participates in chargeback/fee recovery analysis and provides suggestions to make operations sustainable.
- Assists in developing and writing system design for research proposals. Creates and provides clear documentation.
- Works effectively and productively with other team members within the group and across Mount Sinai.
- Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
- Provides after hours support for critical system and production issues.
- Answers and resolves user tickets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or another scientific field. Master's or PhD preferred
- 8+ years (higher preferred) of progressive HPC system administration and operations (preferably in a Redhat/CentOS Linux administration, Batch HPC cluster environment)
- Must be an expert troubleshooter; Must be a team player and customer focused
- Experience with job scheduler such as LSF or Slurm and parallel file systems and storage
