to support our military and their families as civilian contractors (no military service required).
Diagnostic Radiologist Details:
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years within the last three (3) years practicing as a Physician Radiology. Residency and fellowship time counts as practicing experience.
Pay:Hourly (1099)
Availability: Full Time | 160 Hours per Month plus overage
1-2 Weekends per Month
Shift: M-F 7:30a – 4:30p (Considered Full Time)
Contract Length:1 year Preferred (opportunity to extend)
Malpractice Insurance: We Cover for Full Time (1mil/3mil claims made)

Diagnostic Radiologist Responsibilities:
Contract HCWs shall have experience in performing and or interpretation of broad scope of general diagnostic radiology through on site or teleradiology means (e.g., diagnostic x-ray, mammography, neuroradiology, ultrasound, general nonvascular interventional procedures, magnetic resonance imaging, computerized tomography, and fluoroscope procedures).
Contract HCWs shall have sufficient experience and ability to manage a general/minor interventional procedure (e.g., thyroid fine need aspirations, image guided chest or abdominal biopsies, breast biopsies).
Shall have demonstrated experience teaching in an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education-American Osteopathic Association accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program, fellowship training, or an equivalent.
Contract HCWs shall have sufficient training/experience to be able to perform the required duties which include, but not limited to the following: Performing a full range of Physician Radiology skills interpreting and analyzing various medical imaging modalities, such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy
Diagnostic Radiologist Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Radiology.
Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology, American Osteopathic Board of Radiology, or equivalent.
Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.

A Day In The Life
- Operator will be required to set-up, adjust machines, and equipment to produce an acceptable quality product.
- Perform all required quality tests, certifications, and production checks as required by Quality Assurance or his/her supervisor.
- Operator will continually visually inspect product, record production as required, report/record scrap, and other various duties or rework as assigned.
- Operator will be required to make routine equipment adjustments to insure the process is efficient and welding to company standards at all times.
- Will be required to manually repair, or hand weld some products that are below standard.
- Operator will need to know how to operate overhead crane, forklift, hand held grinder, and other department equipment.

A Day In The Life
- Operator will be required to set-up and adjust machines and equipment in order to produce an acceptable quality product.
- Will receive instructions, prints, and route sheets for the job. Will organize and plan operational duties for the shift he/she is assigned.
- Will be required to set-up, operate, program, and troubleshoot Robot Systems (material handling, drilling, and welding) of other robotics pieces of equipment in the welding process to achieve acceptable levels in productivity and quality.
- Perform all required quality tests, certifications, and production checks as required by Quality Assurance or his/her supervisor.
- Operator will continually visually inspect product, record production as required, report/record scrap, and will perform other various duties or rework as assigned.
- Operator will be required to make routine equipment adjustments to ensure the process is efficient and welding to company standards at all times.

- Must be qualified and successfully have held a Certified Welder's job or its equivalent, either in position or be certified by a technical institute.
- 6G and/or pipe welding experience preferred.
- Operator will be required to pass the AWS Certification Test per Company Welding Policy.
- Must be able to satisfactorily use calipers, gages, and other measuring devices.
- Will be required to perform SPC procedures and tests, then interpret findings in order to make appropriate changes in the process.

Assemble a variety of items:
- use pneumatic and simple hand tools (screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, hand cutters)
- operate various manufacturing or simple electronic equipment (air driver, hand crimper, hand-cutting machine, lead-forming equipment). may also use stand-off machine, amp machines and solder iron.
- may include assembly of components on printed circuit boards, wire harness, and/or final products.
- perform soldering
- verify production processes
Complete required paperwork accurately (ex: control sheet, scrap/shortage sheet).
Assure assemblies are complete and make minor repairs, if necessary.
Inform group leader or supervisor of problems that may arise.
Other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, MIOSHA, and fire prevention requirements.
- Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies, coordinate and direct facility visits and inspections.
- Prepare, maintain, and post OSHA logs (300, 300A, 301) and monitor regulatory updates, including electronic posting requirements.
- Maintain and update the company-wide Safety Data Sheet (SDS) program for all facilities.
- Report all workplace injuries to the workers’ compensation carrier and collaborate with supervisors on accident investigations and prevention measures.
- Conduct incident investigations and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Establish, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures, including:
- Emergency contact listings
- Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Hazard Communication program
- Safety concern reporting forms
- Material handling and equipment safety checklists
- Coordinate and lead safety committee meetings and monthly safety training sessions.
- Monitor safety trends and recommend proactive improvements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of safety equipment and first aid supplies across all facilities.
- Develop and implement a structured, company-wide training system.
- Coordinate new hire safety orientation and ongoing safety training programs.
- Maintain and update training records to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Track certifications and recurring training requirements.

Qualifications:
· Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Technology, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Escalate quality issues or equipment concerns to supervision immediately • Document production counts, batch numbers, and inspection results accurately Equipment & Safety • Understand, demonstrate, and adhere to workplace and process safety, PPE requirements, including, but not limited to hazardous materials, equipment and other general workplace requirements • Ensure packaging machinery is set up correctly and operating safely • Perform basic cleaning, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks • Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container • Follow all safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements Material Handling • Stage raw materials, packaging supplies, labels, and finished goods at required workstations • Move packaged product to designated storage or shipping areas using pallet jacks or other approved equipment • Monitor material levels and notify team leads when supplies need replenished Qualifications: Required
* Ability to lift 35–50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
* Basic math, measurement, and counting skills.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Preferred
* High School diploma or GED
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
