Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Representative specializing in cosmetic ingredients. Based in Boonton, NJ, the role allows a combination of on-site customer meetings and periodic work-from-home flexibility. Key day-to-day tasks include developing customer relationships, identifying client needs, delivering technical presentations, and promoting effective sales strategies. Additionally, the position involves offering technical guidance, staying current on industry trends, and collaborating with team members to meet client expectations and company goals. Position will focused on selling to tri state personal care customers. In addition travel to Midwest, Texas and California may also be required.
Qualifications

The Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging is responsible for the compliance of incoming ingredients, packaging, and chemical products and their perspective suppliers, with the Quality and Food Safety Standards of Lactalis Heritage Dairy (LHD). The Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging reviews, assesses, and approves ingredients, packaging, and chemicals against Food Safety and Quality standards at onboarding and on a continuous basis. In addition, this position conducts sanitation and GMP audits in plants to maintain and improve quality standards, as needed. In addition, the Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging works closely with the Purchasing Department, assisting with the onboarding of new ingredients, packaging, chemicals, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Schedules, plans, and executes food safety & food quality audits for existing and potential
- ingredients/packaging/chemical suppliers.
- Utilizes the principles of GFSI, HACCP & ISO 9001/22000 in audits to assess food
- safety/quality risks & recommends mitigation strategies.
- Monitors and follows up with manufacturing plants to ensure the full implementation of
- corrective actions.
- Provides technical input on food safety of ingredients and packaging materials on product
- development teams.
- Reviews, approves, and files all ingredient/packaging/chemical supplier documentation
- against LHD expectations.
- Organizes and plans a detailed schedule to ensure supply/facility audits are efficiently
- conducted. Produces audit reports and distributes internally in a timely manner, after each
- visit.
- Completes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Maintains a close partnership with the Purchasing Department to facilitate communication
- with suppliers as needed.
- Provides support on projects as needed, and accomplishes tasks as appropriately assigned.
- Partners cross-functionally to achieve overall company objectives.

Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

- Create a Schedule of Values for our pay applications and submit to the General Contractor.
- Analyze the construction schedule and create a schedule for submittals, material ordering and estimated field labor durations & project completion.
- Create submittals for doors, frames and hardware from architectural plans and specification.
- Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFIβs, PCβs, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
- Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
- Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
- Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
- Actively pursue contractual βChange Ordersβ from βprice and proceedβ CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
- Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.
- Other job duties and responsibilities as needed.

We are looking for someone ideally with Asian cuisine cooking experience, as well as fine dining on the Mid-shift, 7:30PM- 5PM (hours may vary based on the business needs).
Experience cooking Asian cuisines or any fine dining experience is a plus!

Essential Functions*
- Responsible for achieving company objectives and goals.
- Foster and promote the Flagship brand and values within the clientβs culinary culture.
- Promote and ensure that all staff is adhering to Flagshipβs safety culture.
- Maintains a safe working environment by using food handling skills and proper food safety guidelines.
- Develop and maintain an employee engagement program that is based on Flagship core values.
- Partner with upper management and HR for guidance regarding corrective actions, reviews and employee issues.
- Responsible for consistently meeting the Companyβs Key Performance Indicators [i.e., safety, staffing levels, attrition, etc.].
- Follows standard operation procedures set by the company.
- Manages assigned staff, to including scheduling Workday time clock activity and performance.
- Communicates job expectations to hourly employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating; and enforcing systems, policies procedures, and productivity standards.
- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience. Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

- Responsible for production according to recipes/directions.
- Sets, manage and follow up on prep and production goals.
- Maintains food quality standards for the cafΓ©.
- Oversees all phases of food procurement, production and service. Including: inventory, ordering, storage/rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, service and production time standards.
- Conducts daily line checks, food reviews and recipes of the day.
- Ensures that clear feedback is provided to the entire kitchen team.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the kitchen by maintaining to specified standards, passing Health Department audits with a minimum of 90% or equivalent, and training staff on proper sanitation guidelines.
- Prepares food items consistently by adhering to standards with portion sizes, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Able to interview new team members considering our values and culture. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
- Follows safety and sanitation procedures with all guidelines from OSHA and Department of Health.
- Excellent verbal skills with an ability to adjust communication style to suit the audience.

- Ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus but not required.

Education and Work Experience
- Culinary Degree (preferred but not required).
- Exemplary record of attendance, safety and performance in previous position.
- Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking.
- 3-5 yearsβ experience of kitchen management in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurant or equivalent.

Requirements
Must have and maintain an active Management Level Food Handlersβ Certification (ServSafe) and adhere to local food handler requirement. Consistently perform all duties in a responsible and efficient manner.
