1st Shift Forklift Driver

Perform location specific cycle counts, inventory adjustments, etc., both at ground and elevated levels. Move pallets of product into and out of storage racks or bulk locations as required.

Forklift Driver Responsibilities:

Perform daily cycle counts.

Participate in physical inventories as required.

Move product into and out of storage locations including but not limited to pallet racking and bulk floor locations using a forklift, hand jack, or power jack.

Research shipping transactions to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Pick and label pallets or cartons for shipments to customers and/or vendors

Maintain a clean, safe work area including but limited to sweeping and picking up debris

Stretch wrap out going pallets.

Performing basic maintenance to forklifts including filling the batteries with water

Reporting any maintenance problems pertaining to fork trucks or company trucks

Report any unsafe working conditions to management.

Replenish pick lines.

Work overtime on an as needed basis.

Valid driver's license and valid Forklift Driver Certification required

2 years of relevant experience in a Distribution Center environment

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Ability to drive all varieties of standing, cherry picker, turret, or sit-down forklift

The position rate is at $20.25/hour for 1st shift.

7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Schedule
