Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a Business Development Executive, you will:
Develop revenue and increase market share through identifying and securing sales from competitively held target accounts, new opportunities, and existing assigned account new business. Develop effective strategies for managing and growing revenue and executes business plan to fill funnel for meeting quota and product mix goals. Responsible for meeting financial sales targets.
Essential Functions

Partners with dealer(s) on leading with Haworth solutions, and leads negotiations for reaching acceptable, long-term client business relationships and profitable agreements for Haworth and our dealers.
- Effectively manages business plan and keeps CRM information current on sales activities, ongoing strategy for sales development, and results for all assigned target and existing accounts, and new business opportunities. Manages expense budget/timely expense reporting adhering to established travel and entertainment guidelines.
- May travel up to 80% to meet face to face with clients, influencers, and dealers.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will hunt new logos as well as own and grow a focused set of high-value, strategic client relationships. In addition to new account acquisition, you will proactively manage accounts, drive long-term technology alignment, and identify new revenue opportunities through business conversations, strategic reviews, and close partnership with our vCIO team. DEPLOY has been retained to find a Reporting & Data Architect Lead combines advanced reporting development with enterprise-level data governance and architectural leadership. In this role, you will own our client's enterprise reporting platform—designing robust Power BI solutions, managing shared data models, and ensuring the reporting environment remains secure, scalable, and high-performing.
You will also own our client's enterprise reporting standards and governance framework, ensuring reporting across all departments is consistent, trusted, and aligned with best practices. Executive Support

Our client is seeking a Manager, Workplace Services & Experience to support the daily operations of their newly established 90,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters. This individual will serve as the primary onsite liaison between internal stakeholders and the external facilities management partner responsible for building operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the workplace environment operates efficiently and reflects the organization’s standards for a high-quality employee and visitor experience. The Manager will coordinate across internal departments and external vendors to maintain seamless facility operations, oversee service delivery, and support a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Facilities Coordination & External Partner Management
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for the organization’s external facilities management partner.
- Collaborate with the external facilities team during vendor selection and RFP processes.

Assisting the Department Chair
- Draft, edit, format, and proof communications, documents, reports, presentations, and other technical writing using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Outlook, Google Workspace, and website editing software. Duties include managing event budgets and logistics (room scheduling, equipment, vendor relations, catering, invitations, RSVPs, and communications), and tracking and documenting follow-up activities as needed. Key annual events include the Department's picnic, faculty retreat, and annual retreat.
Access and Human Resources Assistance
- Provide limited support for student temporary appointments, including preparing job postings and offer letters, processing appointments, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage Department building access, key requests, and Level 2 access, ensuring all necessary lab safety training requirements are met prior to granting access.
- Collaborate with the Children on Campus Program and EHS to support high school appointments, including coordinating the Genetics Immersion Program and assisting with high school students working in faculty labs during the summer.
Faculty Affairs Assistance
- Assist with the faculty recruitment process, including arranging candidate visit schedules; coordinating air and ground travel reservations, hotel accommodations, and detailed travel itineraries; and preparing necessary materials. Serve as the primary contact and escort for faculty candidates. Support the appointment process for newly selected faculty in collaboration with the Office of Faculty Affairs and Department Leadership, and help onboard new faculty members.
- Assist with the faculty promotion process in coordination with Office of Faculty Affairs and Department Leadership.

Programmatic Support
