Job description:
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between internal teams and external field partners. You ensure every installation meets strict technical standards and is completed on schedule. You will collaborate daily with Partner Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Tier 2 technicians to troubleshoot real?time issues and guide the successful deployment of surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Field Support:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for field technicians.
- Primary POC for field technicians; troubleshoot complex issues during installation
- Troubleshoot complex installation issues in real time.
- Provide expert guidance during surveillance system deployments.

Quality Assurance:

Responsibilities
In your role as a Client Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation of tools supporting the business internal needs and standards, as well as support of the IT related needs of our end-users. We are seeking a motivated and experienced, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience and are eager to grow within a structured and supportive environment. You will assist in the welding, fabrication, and assembly of propellant space tank systems and sub-assemblies.
Pay Range: $40 to $60 per hour.

- Weld, assemble, and fabricate various propellant space tank systems and sub-assembly components using GTAW (TIG) welding methods

The R&D Regulatory Compliance team is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support compliance initiatives and streamline governance workflows. This role is ideal for someone who excels at cross functional coordination, project execution, and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute compliance and governance initiatives, and ad hoc projects.
- Manage project workflows, documentation, and timelines across multiple concurrent efforts.
- Triage and track incoming requests while ensuring clear, timely communication with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project materials such as plans, charters, resource tracking, and meeting documentation.
- Develop tools, templates, and repeatable processes to improve operational consistency.
- Track key metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve compliance adoption and program health.
- Conduct governance audits to ensure data accuracy and process adherence.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required
- 8+ years in program/project management, compliance operations, or similar.
- Experience working in highly regulated or technology driven environments preferred.
