Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Customer Supply Chain & Logistics – Americas with deep expertise in mass market retail distribution and a strong understanding of beauty and FMCG supply chain dynamics.
This role will lead the end-to-end US customer supply chain, with a sharp focus on:
- Driving distribution efficiency through a high-performing 3PL partnership
- Championing best-in-class inventory management
- Delivering In Full, On Time (DIFOT/OTIF) performance
- Optimising the stock-to-cash cycle
- Enabling scalable growth across national retail accounts
You will lead a team of customer supply chain managers and coordinators and serve as the critical link between retail partners, commercial teams, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Mass Market Customer Supply Chain Leadership
- Own the end-to-end customer supply chain strategy across major US mass retail accounts.
- Ensure operational readiness to support rapid SKU expansion, promotional cycles, and new distribution points.
- Drive flawless execution across replenishment, allocation, and compliance requirements specific to mass retail.
3PL & Distribution Excellence
- Lead and optimise performance of our US 3PL partner(s), driving:
- Distribution centre efficiency
- Order accuracy
- Service level performance (OTIF/IFOT)
- Cost-to-serve improvements
- Establish KPIs and governance cadence with 3PL to continuously improve throughput, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve network efficiency and reduce freight and handling costs.
Inventory Management & Working Capital Optimisation
- Champion inventory health across the US network, balancing availability with cash efficiency.
- Improve forecasting alignment with commercial teams to reduce excess, obsolescence, and stock-outs.
- Drive improvements in the stock-to-cash cycle, including:
- Faster sell-in execution
- Inventory turn improvements
- Reduction in aged stock
- Optimised safety stock settings
Operational Performance & Service
- Deliver best-in-class In Full, On Time performance across all retail customers.
- Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance to support launches, promotions, and seasonal peaks.
- Build proactive replenishment and allocation strategies to support retail growth targets.
Data & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage data analytics to monitor KPIs including:
- Fill rate
- Inventory turns
- Forecast accuracy
- Cost per unit shipped
- Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance service levels, and reduce costs using Lean methodologies.
Risk & Scalability
- Identify supply chain risks across imports, distribution, and retail compliance.
- Build scalable systems and processes to support accelerated North America growth.
- Ensure agility to respond to retail demand fluctuations, new store rollouts, and market expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management within the CPG (Mass) industry. Beauty (Cosmetics, Skincare) Industry preferred.
- Proven track record of managing customer facing supply chain, confidence in front of US leading Mass Retailers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in supply chain software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Hourly rate starting at $20.00 per hour plus $750 signing bonus
LIMITED TIME $750.00 HIRING BONUS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM NOW UNTIL April 20, 2026
$750 Hiring Bonus (First payment after 90 days = $250 and Second payment after 150 days = $500.00)
To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, cast members must be in the position continuously for at least 90 days after hire and be employed by The Walt Disney Company at time of payment. A cast member is hired after the successful completion of Disney Traditions or one full day of employment. To be eligible for an incentive bonus after 150 days, cast members must remain employed in the position continuously for at least 150 days and be employed by The Walt Disney Company at the time of payment. Payments will be made approximately two weeks after the 90 and 150-day milestones, respectively. Bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and other legal withholding. Disputes concerning eligibility to a bonus payment shall be resolved by Walt Disney World Recruitment in its sole and absolute discretion. The incentives offered herein are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Cast Members hired prior to January 21, 2026 or after April 20, 2026 will not be eligible for an incentive award.
All Cast Members must provide own transportation as there is no company sponsored transportation available.
Responsibilities :
Recreation
Recreation Cast Members rotate through various roles, including Lifeguard, Children's Activities, and Recreation Rentals. Some of your responsibilities will include supervising the safety of our Guests as they swim, providing emergency medical attention as a first responder, shallow water life guarding, facilitating Guest activities and programs (including arts & crafts, games, and campfire songs), selling programs, renting equipment, and providing Guest information. Appropriate certification is required for the lifeguard and first responder role, which is provided by the resort.
Food and Beverage
The environment is friendly but fast paced. On any given day you might take guest orders, operate the point-of-sale system (cash register), handle cash, fulfill orders, prep food, stock items, keep inventory, and of course keep the front and back of the house up to Disneys famous cleanliness standards. On top of that, you would be fully trained on knowledge of the resort so you can answer guests questions, share information, and provide the Disney difference that brings people to the Hilton Head Island Resort!
Custodial
Custodial Cast Members have the opportunity to work in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors, but always in the common areas in other words, everywhere except the guest rooms. Your responsibilities include cleaning tables, emptying trashcans, sweep/mop floors, and more. Along with custodial responsibilities, Custodial Cast Members will be fully trained to answer questions about Disneys Hilton Head Island Resort and will be expected to be the friendly face that makes a guests stay with us so memorable. It takes a special kind of person to do this well, so along with mastering custodial skills, having a friendly demeanor, a positive attitude and the sincere desire to be helpful is a key part of the job.
Houseperson
For many of our guests, staying at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is a dream come true. Our Housepersons bring those dreams to life by creating special memories and a home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day. As a member of the Housekeeping team, you may find yourself replenishing items such as linens, amenities and various supplies, disposing trash and interacting with guests, responding in a timely manner to their requests, assisting with directions and sharing information.

You would be part of a tight-knit team who depend on each other to serve our guests the delicious food they expect from Disney, in the efficient manner that allows them to make the most of their vacation time.

Nobody goes hungry, and everybody leaves smiling!Starting rate of pay is $20.00 per hour.Responsibilities : Menus at the resort's two quick service locations, Palmetto Dunes and Tide Me Over, constantly evolve to meet guest's wishes; you would be part of that process by communicating guest comments to your leaders.

On any given day you might take guest orders, operate the point-of-sale system (cash register), handle cash, fulfill orders, prep food, stock items, keep inventory, and of course, keep the front and back of the house up to Disney's famous cleanliness standards.

* You must be at least 18 years old
* This is a part-time position that requires you to be fully available a minimum of three days per week, including one weekend day.

* Previous cashier experience
* Previous quick-service or related restaurant industry experience
* Attention to detail and follow-through to see projects to the end
* Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
* Demonstrated ability to perform basic computer tasks, and some familiarity with common utilities such as Google and Microsoft
