The Strategic Sourcing Manager US Comanufacturing, is an active member of the Purchasing Team North America (NA), participates in sharing purchasing excellence and strategies, supporting teamwork, joint learning and development initiatives. The incumbent will lead the North American sourcing strategy initiatives for an assigned Category. Under the guidance of the Associate Director procurement - US Comanufacturing, will assist in the execution of a supply strategy for managing Lactalis' US Comanufacturing network and will provide local support to Yogurt Business units across USA and Canada . This position will be expected to provide a high level of service and support for internal stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of affiliate business needs, providing detailed analysis of spend data and financial results, playing a key role in supplier relationship and performance management, and by providing necessary support for new product innovation and supply chain sustainability. This position will also be responsible for ensuring connectivity between Lactalis Yogurt business units' functions (Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance, PMO, Marketing, etc.) and the broader Lactalis North America Purchasing organization. The focus of this position will be primarily in support for yogurt -related co manufacturing activities in the United States.

- Develops local /regional sourcing strategies for the Category managed, using detailed analysis of historical & current spend data, combined with sourcing and research of new suppliers.
- Achieve budget objectives by identifying, developing and supporting North American sourcing strategy initiatives for the assigned Category or the North American Sourcing.
- Leads the implementation, and management of the strategy for Category, making sure the needs and specifications of each Business Unit are considered.
- Take ownership of the bid process, through in-depth knowledge and analysis of key cost drivers, qualify vendors, tender, negotiate, implement, and manage all contracts related to the category.
- Support global negotiation initiatives led by Lactalis senior global procurement team by providing information such as pricing specifications, vendor listings and negotiating at local and global level. As well as providing information as a subject matter export on the Category being managed.
- Lead cross-functional teams with internal stakeholders in the design and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Identify and execute negotiation cost savings initiatives.
- Participate as a subject matter expert in working with cross-functional teams, providing insight to key functional areas of the business for effective project execution such as process optimization. The scope includes pricing, as well as process improvements ideas provided by the vendors, and insights into the portfolio.
- Develop supplier relationships to optimize supplier quality and performance, including continuous improvement, innovation, and reduction in total cost of ownership to add value to North America region. Responsible for supplier quality and supplier contract compliance with respect to the category managed.
- Perform administrative duties such as tracking cost savings initiatives, providing monthly status reports vs. objective targets reviewing and validating pricing and communicating the pricing to master data for upload.
- Responsible for providing insights on the market for LE & monthly risk & opportunities forecast reports to the divisions
- Participate as an active member of the Strategic Sourcing team, sharing purchasing strategies, supporting teamwork, joint learning and development initiative.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or another appropriate discipline
- Five (5) to ten (10) years' experience in a Procurement function, preferably at a food company

The CCS will serve as an Information Assurance and Cloud Computing SME with regards to Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and a broad coverage of the application of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards and guidance as outlined in the NIST Special Publication(s) (SP) 800-53 and 800-37 (current versions).
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide full lifecycle Information Assurance (IA) support for systems maintaining current Authority to Operate (ATO) under RMF via eMASS.
- Update, maintain, and validate RMF artifacts, IA documentation, scorecards, and accreditation packages.
- Develop, manage, and execute POA&M, MOUs/MOAs, risk acceptance documentation, and other compliance artifacts.
- Ensure continuous compliance with DoD/DLA RMF requirements supporting ATO and Authority to Connect (ATC).
- Support RMF Assessment & Authorization (A&A) processes and validate eMASS inputs.

In this role, you will support the PPSM Program through the assurance that all Enterprise IS Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) are registered in the PPSM central registry (PPSM-Unclassified (PPSM-U) and PPSM-Classified (PPSM-C)); are categorized and updated on the PPSM Category Assurance List; non-standard requests are not deployed prior to approval from the Authorizing Official (AO); and assist the Government to develop, revise, implement, and enforce PPSM policies. PPSM support includes all DISA owned and supported ISs and DISA authorized Cloud Service Offerings.
Individuals in this role must be available to work on-site at Ft. Meade, MD full time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure all systems are registered in PPSM and eMASS, processing DD2875 requests within four days and auditing access annually.
- Develop and update the DISA PPS Registry SOP/Guide semi-annually.
- Process and track PPSM change, exception, and modification requests, ensuring compliance.

We are looking for a Team Lead Firewall Administrator to join our team in support of a program with a DoD customer.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide overall supervision for vendor employees to include, but not limited to, planning, and managing the project professionally, ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources; ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided.
- Resolve problems, allocate resources, manage personnel, and monitor operation performance taking direction from the government to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Under general supervision, develop the requirements of a product from inception to conclusion.
- Develop required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems.
- Coordinate with the Vendor PM, TPOCs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.

- Plan and deploy Enclave Boundary Defense systems and programs including firewall, proxy server, cloud services and other devices and applications.

- Provide onsite and remote support to boundary security and programs, which include Checkpoint Firewalls, Aviatrix Product Suite, various types of cloud security, security controls and any other platforms.
- Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of firewalls and proxy servers
- Verify devices are configured in accordance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
- Product lifecycle management and upgrades to include installation of hotfixes, patches, and any other features to improve product performance.

- Security Architecture Documentation, Design and Implementation:Document, design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures for CSP environments, including secure connectivity, network segmentation, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of security controls, configurations, and processes within the CSP environment.
- Cloud Security Operations and Monitoring:Provide continuous security monitoring and incident response capabilities for CSP environments, including log analysis, threat intelligence integration, vulnerability management, and incident response planning and execution.
- Audit, Compliance and Governance:Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST) for CSP environments, including documentation, reporting, and audit support. Cooperating fully with authorized Government audits and assessments of the CSP environment, providing timely access to documentation, systems, and personnel. Follow DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG) and other applicable DoD issuances and instructions.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer:Provide training and knowledge transfer to Government personnel on best practices for securing CSP environments, covering topics such as cloud security fundamentals, secure configuration, threat detection and response, and incident management.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- Five (5) years relevant experience to include:
- Working knowledge and understanding of CheckPoint firewalls to include versions R80.40 and R81.10 and industry standard network environments to include firewall and security hardware/software. Must have knowledge and understanding of Information Assurance Best Practices.
- In depth knowledge of LAN and WAN operations, understanding of how to use Incident Ticket Tracking systems for inputting incident tickets and creating work orders along with a comprehensive knowledge of DOD and DLA security regulations, guidelines, and policies to include, but not limited to, IA standards.
- Hands-on experience with the installation, configuration, and day-to-day sustainment of network equipment, to include but not limited to firewalls, proxy servers, cloud services and other network appliances.

- Must possess IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).

In this position, you will organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and minutes. You will also participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly working groups, boards, and panels to include CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC board meetings.
Individuals in this role must be available to work on-site at Ft. Meade, MD for the majority of the workweek.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate with DISA stakeholders, ISSMs, and PMs to resolve non-compliance issues identified in the Cybersecurity Scorecard.
- Keep DISA senior leadership and cybersecurity stakeholders informed of all Cybersecurity Scorecard non-compliance findings.
- Serve as the primary briefer for CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc meetings, and annual reviews at CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC boards.
- Apply broad technical expertise in cybersecurity, networking, system architecture, cross-domain technologies, DMZ design, and controlled interfaces.
- Participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly working groups, boards, and panels.
- Support the CDTAB Chair and Secretariat on CDS-related issues and actions.

- Draft, proof, and distribute meeting materials to DSAWG and CDTAB members in advance.
- Maintain standardized briefing templates and formats for both forums.

- Keep updated contact lists and email distribution groups for members and advisors.
- Develop monthly status reports (MSRs) for CDTAB and DSAWG.
- Prepare up to 10 SOPs or internal documents annually.
- Create up to 5 technical papers per year on DSAWG-related issues for coordination with DoD/IC stakeholders.
- Produce up to 12 white papers, CONOPS, and contingency plans annually to support RE4 functions.
- Manage monthly ballots for CDTAB and DSAWG, averaging 20 CDS requests, 20 tickets, 10-20 briefings, and 15 annual reviews-volume may vary monthly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
- Six (6) or more years leading Risk Management teams
- Five (5) or more years IT program management experience leading audits and inspections in DoD/Federal environment
- Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level III certification
- Functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy
- Expert level knowledge and experience as a technical expert providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives in areas such as but not limited to; Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Systems Management.

We are looking for a Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to join our team in support of a DoD customer in Alexandria, VA. The TOPM serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develops a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements
- Conducts contract Kick-off and In-Process Reviews (IPR) with government stakeholders
- Develops a Transition Plan, 8570/8140 report, and Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs).
- Create, review, and ensure all deliverables for the project are submitted on time.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Project Schedule (IMPS) to include milestones, critical path, and resources to ensure timely delivery of government-required deliverables.
- Allocate contractor personnel and manage project staffing, operations, and performance

- Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.).
