Provides physical therapy interventions to designated patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT). Assists in monitoring patient progress through observations and follows up with supervising therapist. Works under PT supervision as required under NY State Education law.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to support our growing personal injury team. This role focuses on managing new cases, organizing and maintaining documents, ordering and tracking medical records and bills, and ensuring files are complete and demand-ready.
This position also involves regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the pre-litigation process. The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys and case managers, stay on top of deadlines, and help move cases efficiently toward resolution. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files at once are essential.

Your Role on the Expedition:
Leads the day-to-day operations of the GGA Travel Assistance department, delivering seamless, high-quality assistance to travelers when they need it most. Oversees performance management, quality assurance, and knowledge management for a dynamic team of 30+ professionals operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Partners closely with Medical, Claims, and cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and compassionate support throughout the traveler journey. This role reports to the Director of Customer Service.
Chart Your Course:
- Lead day-to-day Travel Assistance operations, ensuring timely, high-quality service and positive customer outcomes
- Partner closely with Medical and global Travel/Medical Assistance teams to optimize processes, handoffs, and customer safety
- Oversee operational execution to meet service levels, quality standards, and case resolution targets
- Manage, assign, and prioritize team workloads; monitor performance across all Travel Assistance services
- Drive achievement of KPIs related to quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, timelines, and team performance
- Coach, develop, and engage staff through regular performance reviews, case/call calibrations, and targeted training
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly; report on trends and outcomes
- Own performance measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives for the department
- Support Travel Assistance claims processing as needed
- Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships
- Serve as escalation point for sensitive or complex customer and partner issues, escalating to senior leadership when required
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews on active and closed cases
- Prepare and present monthly operational, quality, and case management reports to senior leadership and clients
- Identify training needs and partner with Ops Development to support onboarding and ongoing skill development
- Conduct annual performance reviews for Supervisors and Assistance Coordinators
- Advise the Director, CSD on staffing, hiring, development, performance, and adherence to company values
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
- Prior knowledge and experience in healthcare, travel insurance and multi-lingual Assistance/Call Center environments.
- Professional and experienced Medical Network Management skills with deep local and cultural knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience
- Prior experience in ISO or other Quality Assurance Management programs is highly desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

THE ROLE
Gemline is seeking a Product Manager to support a portfolio of house and retail brands across multiple product categories. This role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle from concept through customer delivery, supporting strategic planning, product positioning, launch execution, and ongoing lifecycle management.
The Product Manager manages specific product lines and brand partnerships within the Product Management Team, driving the product roadmap from concept to customer. They partner closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Design, Development, Supply Chain, and Finance to bring compelling, market-relevant products to life and drive category performance through data-driven decision making.
This role reports to the Senior Product Manager and does not include direct supervisory responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct and support strategic business planning for assigned categories, including revenue and margin objectives, in partnership with the Senior Product Manager.
• Manage the full product lifecycle across multiple categories, from concept development and pipeline planning through launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.
• Drive the product creation process by identifying compelling product and brand opportunities aligned with Gemline strategy, retail brand partners, category needs, and financial goals.
• Ensure products are consumer-relevant, trend-forward, competitively positioned, and deliver a differentiated gifting proposition.

• Partner with Marketing on sales enablement and customer-facing marketing strategies and materials.
• Develop and present product strategies, category plans, and product lines to internal stakeholders.
• Own product analytics and reporting, translating sales, forecast, and performance data into actionable product and business decisions.
• Build expertise in Gemline’s product lifecycles, systems, processes, and methodologies, ensuring accurate and timely product data.
• Mentor and support peers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
• 4–6 years of experience in product management or product marketing, preferably within a consumer goods company with category responsibility.

Your Role on the Expedition:

This role requires analysis of complex business problems to be solved through automated systems and process improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Costa Mesa, CA, for a Brand Affiliate Manager. Position Summary:
The Marketplace Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and growth of Westfield Outdoors’ marketplace partners such as Amazon and Walmart Marketplace. This role focuses on maintaining accurate product listings, supporting advertising and promotional execution, monitoring account health, and compiling performance reporting across online marketplaces.
The position serves as a key coordination point between the Bentonville-based Walmart Marketplace team, the Indianapolis marketing, design, and product teams, and international operations partners who administer marketplace programs and execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
This position is based in-office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Listing and Catalog Support:
· Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across marketplace partners such as Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and product attributes.
· Upload product images, enhanced content, A+ or equivalent media provided by the creative and design teams.
· Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, compliance issues, and data inconsistencies, escalating issues to management as needed.
· Help maintain accurate product data, including SKUs, pricing, variations, and category placement.
2. Advertising and Promotions Support:
· Assist with the setup and monitoring of advertising campaigns across Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect platforms.
· Track daily and weekly performance metrics such as ACOS, CTR, spend, impressions, and sales, and flag performance concerns or anomalies.
· Support execution of coupons, deals, seasonal promotions, and retailer-specific programs.
· Prepare performance summaries and reports to support optimization of advertising budgets and campaign performance.
3. Account Health and Operational Support:
· Monitor marketplace dashboards for account health notifications, listing warnings, stranded inventory, and fulfillment alerts.
· Assist with resolving tickets related to listing suppressions, review issues, compliance warnings, or shipment discrepancies.
· Coordinate with internal supply chain and operations teams to support inventory tracking and fulfillment requirements.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
· Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
· Compile reports related to sales trends, keyword performance, promotional results, and competitive activity.
· Support data entry, dashboard updates, and reporting used for internal reviews and planning discussions.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination:
· Work closely with marketing, creative, and design teams to request, track, and upload required marketplace assets.
· Collaborate with customer service teams to monitor customer questions, reviews, and feedback trends.
· Support sales, trade marketing, and product teams with retailer-specific product details, promotions, and content needs.
· Help ensure clear communication and alignment between U.S.-based teams and international partners supporting marketplace execution.
