What will you do?
- Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed, and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods
- Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks
- Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing and removing weeds
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order, and keep the maintenance room in neat condition
- Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies
- Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years of previous experience in general maintenance and repair required
- Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Heart Failure Cardiologist - Utah Valley Hospital, Provo, UT

About this role:
As a Heart Failure Cardiologist, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will work closely with ~40 cardiology physicians and APPS along with other specialists to provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient. Your commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care will help advance our mission of improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.
- This is a program build for Heart Failure at Utah Valley Hospital that will house ECMO and VAD patients
- Your schedule would be 5 days per week
- You would have the support of 2 APPs
- Call is shared with another group until the Heart Failure program grows

Compensation: Our generous compensation package starts with a base salary of $718,000, CME up to $4500 annually, a $30,000 starting bonus, and up to a $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable).
