The Inventory Control Associate assists the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) in maintaining overall store inventory control. As an expert of all inbound and outbound inventory activity and procedures, the Inventory Control Associate guarantees that the sales floor is fully stocked with merchandise to promote a positive customer experience and to support our sales goal objectives. Additionally, they support the RICS in ensuring the proper flow of merchandise to the sales floor and accuracy of inventory to support the replenishment of goods in the system, completing required documentation & system processes in a timely fashion and maintaining the stock room in a clean and organized manner.
Inventory Control Associate Duties- Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
- Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
- Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
- Ensure all merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with all company ticketing and signage guidelines.
- Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor in accordance with Loss Prevention guidelines.
- Ensure the timely and accurate input for all freight information through the appropriate systems.
- Execute all RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or mark downs efficiently and timely to Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure a high level of productivity through attainment of units per hour (UPH) targets.
- Maintain a neat and orderly stock room that is compliant with all Company/State guidelines.
- Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
- Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, teammates, corporate partners and vendors.

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing—selling consultatively at the executive level. This role is ideal for a self-directed, persistent seller who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and turning complex needs into practical solutions.
You’ll engage with a wide range of industries, including (but not limited to): mining, oil & gas, automotive, sports & recreation, gaming, military, education, aerospace/aviation, environmental, agriculture, ski/golf, faith-based organizations, law enforcement/corrections, fire stations, warehousing, disaster relief, hospitality, and public works.
Travel: estimated 35–40%, as many opportunities require face-to-face meetings.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted lead generation
- Qualify opportunities and identify decision-makers, timelines, budgets, and project requirements
- Build and execute territory sales plans with weekly/monthly activity and pipeline targets
- Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, including presentations and onsite meetings
- Open new markets and develop accounts across multiple industries
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity in a standard CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

Southern California based General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Estimator a minimum of (3) years Estimating experience, for new construction, site/civil, remodel and tenant improvement projects.
The Senior Estimator oversees the creation of budgets and estimates for projects, and has overall responsibility for implementing all procedures, methods, and processes for the estimating department. This role combines a unique skillset of communication, critical thinking, and construction knowledge to achieve successful bidding, budgeting, buyout, and pre-construction responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Assigns responsibilities for estimating team on each project.
- Reviews project plans, specs, and coordinates with the team to confirm a complete scope.
- Identifies issues, their order of magnitude, and coordinates the RFI process with the design team.
- Prepares accurate quantity takeoffs and obtains materials and/or subcontractor pricing.
- Solicits subcontractor and supplier information and pricing.
- Reviews general conditions, schedule, scopes of work, site logistics and other exhibits.
- Prepares instructions to bidders, bid forms, and other bid solicitation documents as required.
- Prepares conceptual budgets and unit pricing metrics.
- Pursues and maintains positive relationshipswith subcontractors, suppliers and clients to enable growth and communication.

Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation, and ability to travel.
- 10 years’ experience in commercial construction.
- 3 years’ experience as a commercial construction estimator.
- Must have excellent computer knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and common online bid software.
- Proficiency with MS Project is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review litigation documents including pleadings, case initiation documents, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
- Conduct legal research, particularly on local court rules and procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage complex litigation calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and deadline tracking in compliance with court rules.
- File documents electronically using California Superior Court systems and the Federal CM/ECF platform.
- Interact professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain and organize case files using document management systems (NetDocuments or similar).
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and logistics.
- Support e-discovery efforts using relevant platforms and tools.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience with demonstrated expertise in Federal and California Superior Courts.
- Proficiency in electronic filing systems (CM/ECF and California courts), familiarity with document management platforms (NetDocuments preferred) and e-discovery processes, and a strong understanding of court procedures, calendaring requirements, and multi-jurisdictional litigation rules.
- Ability to manage time tracking and billing for work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work overtime as needed; prior experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation and local rules is a plus.
