JOB DUTIES

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Maintenance / Reliability Strategy's (including functional goals and a financial plan by using the full breadth of maintenance and reliability work processes, best practices, tools, and effective leveraging of resources.
  • Serves as the Maintenance Work Process / discipline owner and administrative resource leader.
  • The Maintenance / Reliability Leader is responsible for safety, reliability, and cost management.
  • Acts as the Maintenance Process owner and is responsible for process execution, improvement, sustainability, and results.
  • Ensures Maintenance and Reliability principles are integrated into new projects.
  • Responsible for tracking and analyzing Reliability metrics / data (e.g. asset utilization, PM compliance, PPM data, etc.) and updating strategies based on results.

Required:

  • 6+ years experience as a maintenance or reliability engineer operating within a manufacturing facility.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience as a Champion for change.
  • Proven track record of project management experience, and leading cross-functional project management groups.

Main Responsibilities: • Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers • Doing preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment with little or no supervision and in a timely manner • Repairing and troubleshooting components such as, engines, transmissions and differentials, turbochargers, fuel system components, etc.

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • As this position requires driving Penske and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role.

The driver qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last 3 years.

Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.

• Willingness to travel as necessary within the district (customers’ yards, close geographical area and training sites), work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background screening (to include criminal checks, past employment and education) and pass a drug screening.

This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.

Position Summary:

Trauma Sales Representatives are responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within an assigned territory. As a Trauma Sales Representative, you live your work, feeding off the extreme demands of trauma, not counting hours but rather lives impacted. Responsibilities:

  • Work with a high degree of intensity, commitment, and autonomy to sell orthopedic products that meet our customers’ needs.

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience that includes cold-calling and converting customers away from competitors and to your offerings.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficient with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships (with surgeons and healthcare employees preferred).
  • Ability to participate in on-call work and job-related travel, often outside of standard work hours.
  • Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company’s policies and procedures.
