We are seeking a candidate to provide leadership at one of our warehousing operations.
The Operations Supervisor provides direction at a single location, leading staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting our Penske goals and objectives.
In this role, Operations Supervisors will be bonus eligible based on their performance and location performance.
Operations Supervisor could earn up to 12% of their base for Max Performance.
Position Summary: Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure the execution of daily tasks and activities including, loading/unloading of trailers, cross-docking, and customer service operations in a manner consistent with company services and cost objectives.
Supervise most processes directly including workforce and equipment scheduling.
Responsible for making corrective action and disciplinary decisions up to written warning level.

Salary: $54,900
- $72,700; In this role, Operations Supervisor will be bonus eligible based on their performance and location performance.

The Shipping Manager is responsible for overseeing all outbound logistics and shipping operations at our Rincon manufacturing facility. This role ensures products are shipped accurately, safely, and on time to customers while maintaining compliance with company standards, carrier regulations, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day shipping operations including scheduling, packaging, loading, and carrier coordination
- Supervise and develop shipping staff to meet performance goals and safety standards
- Ensure proper documentation of shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and international shipping paperwork
- Collaborate with production, quality, and customer service teams to align shipping activities with customer needs and plant schedules
- Monitor and optimize freight costs, carrier performance, and shipping methods

Director of Operations – New Plant Launch

Position Summary
The Director of Operations will lead the launch and operational scaling of a new transformer manufacturing facility following a one-year integration period at our Rincon, GA plant.
This executive-level role is responsible for full operational oversight including production, manufacturing engineering, materials management, supply chain coordination, hiring and workforce development, facility management, safety, quality, shipping logistics (including heavy haul transport), and customer order execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, custom-engineered manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings deep industrial manufacturing experience, strong operational discipline, and the ability to scale processes and teams during high-growth expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Plant Launch & Operational Leadership
- Lead the transition from integration phase (Rincon) to full operational leadership at the new plant.
- Build and develop the plant leadership team and workforce structure.

- Oversee production planning and execution to meet customer delivery commitments.

Class A CDL - Refined Fuel Driver - Savannah, GA
Estimated Annual: $85,000-$93,000/year
Pay: $26.00-$28.50/hour
We are currently seeking a Fuel Transport Driver with an excellent driving record. Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred but not required. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of 1 year's tractor/trailer driving experience. Our drivers enjoy the generous compensation and the excellent benefits package we offer, which are detailed below. Based on schedule and performance, drivers may be eligible to receive the below pay differentials:
- Night Shift Pay = $1.00/hour
- Weekend Pay (both Saturday and Sunday schedule) = $1.50/hour

Key Responsibilities
CAPEX Procurement Support
- Assist with issuing purchase orders for CAPEX materials, equipment, and services in support of construction and expansion projects

- Maintain expediting logs and delivery trackers for long-lead and critical path equipment
- Proactively follow up with vendors and escalate potential delays to the CAPEX Supervisor
- Coordinate delivery timing with site teams to support installation and construction sequencing
Vendor Communication
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for suppliers after purchase order issuance
- Schedule and document routine vendor status check-ins
- Assist with resolving delivery, documentation, and basic logistics issues
Documentation & Controls
- Maintain organized procurement and expediting records including quotes, POs, delivery confirmations, and status logs
- Assist with invoice matching and validation against purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Support tracking of changes related to delivery dates, quantities, or scope clarifications
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Interface regularly with Project Managers, Engineers, Construction Managers, and Finance
- Provide procurement and expediting status updates for project meetings and reviews
- Support CAPEX forecasting by maintaining accurate commitment and delivery information
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, expediting, logistics, or project support
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Professional communication skills for interaction with vendors and internal teams
- Basic understanding of purchase orders, lead times, and delivery schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial construction, or capital projects
- Exposure to long-lead manufacturing or construction equipment
- Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems (SAP, Oracle, CMiC, or similar)
- Interest in long-term development within CAPEX procurement or project controls
