About the Role The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking and shipping of product to meet company standards of accuracy, attention to details, sanitation, safety, security and productivity.
What You'll Do Count all products, compare to packing slip/Warehouse Management System (WMS) and check all shipments for damage, quantity, part number accuracy and expiration dates.
Report shortages, damages and mis-shipments (“shipment errors” or “incorrect shipments”) on appropriate forms.
Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
Efficiently stack and store merchandise in pallet, static, cantilever, yard and wire storage areas/rack.
Ensure that the correct number and type of product is picked in WMS.
Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment.
Bag, tag or mark orders as required.
Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct in WMS.
Accept signature for outbound as necessary.
Efficiently move product into trailers, box/rack trucks, vans, cars or containers.
Maintain all equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently, while complying with OSHA and company standards.
Assist in inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
Ensure proper stock rotation.
Preform aisle assessments and assignments.
Other duties such as repack or re-box cases per training and storage instructions.
Repair and recoup damaged goods as required.
Operate shrink-wrap machine.
Charge forklift battery as needed; repair pallets when necessary; clean floors, work area, yard and truck bays as requested; empty trash, refill supplies for order processing and remove snow as required.

Position Overview
Taurus Industrial Group is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead the management of our company vehicle and equipment fleet across multiple locations. This role is responsible for fleet safety, DOT compliance, cost control, and operational readiness while leveraging Enterprise fleet management system to drive data-informed decisions.
The Fleet Manager will partner closely with Operations, Safety, HR, and Finance to ensure our fleet supports field execution safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Operations
•
Manage the full lifecycle of company-owned and leased vehicles and equipment across multiple locations.

Standardize fleet specifications, policies, and procedures to support operational consistency.

DOT & Regulatory Compliance
•
Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and applicable state regulations.

Maintenance, Safety & Risk
•
Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.

Promote safe driving behaviors and compliance through training and monitoring.
Cost Control & Vendor Management
•
Manage fleet budgets, including maintenance, fuel, leasing, insurance, and capital planning.

Negotiate and manage relationships with leasing, maintenance, fuel, and telematics vendors.

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the fleet.
Policy & Training
•
Develop and enforce fleet and vehicle use policies.

• Serve as the primary fleet point of contact across Taurus operations.
• Approximately 25–30% travel to Taurus operating locations and job sites.
Education & Experience

The Community Care team is a multidisciplinary service including Registered Nurse (RN) Community Care nurses, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Community Care nurses, Community Social Workers (CSW) and Community Health Coordinator (CHC) who work with our highest complexity patients and their primary care physicians to meet their medical and social needs with the aims of fully engaging them in our intensive primary care model and maximizing their healthy time at home.Intensive Community Manager will serve as a clinical lead for a Community Care team. They will coordinate the team’s efforts to stabilize our highest risk patients, with special areas of focus including safe transitions of care from facilities back to our primary care teams, stabilization of our highest risk ambulatory patients and outreach to patients who are assigned to us but are not engaged in care.
This person will perform initial assessments and design comprehensive plans of care for many of these patients. This professional will also provide clinical supervision to other team members in delivering the plan of care and in other tasks necessary to meet their needs and engage them in care. As a clinical leader for the team, this person will also be deeply involved in prioritizing team efforts and may also become the direct supervisor for some team members.

- Conducts supervisory visits with License Practical Nurse (LPN) and patient to provide any additional education patient may need and to oversee appropriate patient discharge from case management.
- Performs clinical and Social determination of Heath screening (SdoH) assessments to include disease-oriented assessment and monitoring, medication monitoring, health education and self-care instructions in the outpatient in home setting.
Coordinate the Plan of Care:
- Provides oversight for the License Practical Nurse (LPN) with clear plan of care and education which is mandatory during all LPN visits.
- Conducts/coordinates initial case management assessment of patients to determine outpatient needs.
- Ensures individual plan of care reflects patient needs and services available in the community or review of their benefits.
- Completes individual plan of cares with patients, family/care giver and care team members.
- Communicates instructions and methodologies as appropriate to ensure that the plan is implemented correctly.
- Assesses the environment of care, e.g., safety and security.
- Assesses the caregiver capacity and willingness to provide care.
- Assesses patient and caregiver educational needs.
- Coordinates, reports, documents and follows-up on multidisciplinary team meetings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
- Associate degree in Nursing required.

- A valid, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in State of employment required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ clinical work experience required.
- A minimum of 1 year of case management experience in community case management experience highly desired.
- Certified Case Manager certification is preferred. Certification through the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) or the American Association of Managed Care Nurses (CMCN) desired
- This position requires possession and maintenance of a current, valid driver’s license.
