Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Prepress Technician, based in El Paso, TX. The Prepress Technician will be responsible for preparing and reviewing files for print production, ensuring compliance with print specifications and quality standards. Daily tasks include preflighting files, conducting pre-press operations, collaborating with team members to meet deadlines, performing adjustments to graphics, and ensuring the accuracy of final print materials. The Technician will also maintain equipment and contribute to a smooth production workflow.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Print Production and knowledge of Printing processes
  • Proficiency in Preflight and Pre-press operations
  • Ability to handle Graphics adjustments and quality control
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for prepress
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • Experience in a print production facility or similar environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Graphics or Printing is a plus
