Job Overview
Our client, The Home Depot, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide day-to-day customer communication and order support. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
This position focuses on resolving customer concerns, monitoring order activity, and supporting customer operations through internal systems such as OrderUp and Excel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers via email, chat, and digital platforms to respond to inquiries, concerns, and order-related issues

ROTHA Contracting Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage
and oversee day-to-day field operations on roadway, bridge, and heavy civil construction projects. This
role is responsible for leading job site execution and ensuring safety, quality, and coordination with
project teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and labor. The Superintendent serves as ROTHA’s on-site
leader and primary point of contact for field activities, translating project plans into safe, eicient, and
compliant construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate all on-site construction activities from project start through
- completion, maintaining daily job site oversight
- Manage jobsite logistics, access, staging, and field issue resolution to support exective project
- execution
- Enforce company safety policies, OSHA standards, and site-specific safety plans
- Ensure all work meets contract requirements, quality standards, and agency specifications
- Verify materials, methods, and workmanship comply with approved submittals
- Coordinate testing, inspections, and documentation required for QA/QC compliance
- Coordinate daily field operations with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, inspectors, and
- subcontractors to support safe, efficient project execution
- Participate in progress meetings and provide accurate field updates to the project team
- Track and document field changes, extra work, and potential claims
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil, roadway, or bridge
- construction
- Proven experience working on ConnDOT or municipal infrastructure projects
- Experience with bridge, highway, structural concrete, demolition, utilities, and civil/site work
- OSHA 30 certification preferred, OSHA 10 minimum required
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage union labor and subcontractors
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to work in an active outdoor construction environment in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk and access all areas of active construction sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $105,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
