Jet Linx is seeking qualified Second in Command candidates for our Super Midsize jet aircraft for Part 91 and 135 flight operations. It is expected that the candidate lives, or be willing to relocate, within a 2-hour call out time of the aircraft.

Position Summary

The Second in Command (SIC) reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot. The SIC prepares and ensures the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Total Time - 1500 hours
• Total PIC - 500 hours
• Total Multi-Engine - 500 hours
• Total Turbine - 100 hours
• Total Instrument - 150 hours

Essential Functions:

• Manage duty, flight, and rest times to requirements of both the company and CFRs

Compensation:

Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to team members. Starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $124,000 to $160,000. Actual base salary provided is dependent upon geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, training and experience of the candidate. Job Summary:

The Music Studio Director (Part Time) is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a high-quality music program that teaches modern music production and performance, with a strong emphasis on rap and hip hop. This role guides youth through beat making, songwriting, vocal recording, mixing, and basic release planning while modeling and maintaining a safe, respectful, and creative studio culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

Program Development & Instruction:

• Teach core music production skills including beat making, sampling, MIDI programming, arrangement, vocal tracking, basic mixing and mastering, export, and delivery.
• Create and mix rap and hip hop music with youth, including instruction on flows, hooks, verse structure, ad libs, punch-ins, comping, and basic tuning.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing sales rep to join our event team! As a 1099 Event Sales Representative, you will be responsible for setting up and working the Marc Pro booth at local youth sporting events. Our growing event team is focused on creating brand awareness, engagement, and product sales within the youth sports community. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent communication skills, a desire to sell the product, and an athletic background (athlete, coach, or trainer). This is an independent contractor (1099) position on an as-needed basis. Hours and working days vary for this position. Events typically take place over the weekend and range from 1-3 days. You will be working on average, 6-15 events per year depending on schedule and partnerships. You’ll review our event schedule with the Event Manager to determine which ones you are available to work. In addition to the set schedule, other events may be added throughout the year that you may choose to work. Position Summary

We are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist who will be the first point of contact for our clients and their borrowers. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and working closely with our, loan servicing teams. This role requires a proactive communicator who is organized, empathetic, and confident in handling complex information in a high-touch, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client and borrower inquiries via phone and email
• Respond to servicing and fund administration questions clearly and accurately
• Monitor client accounts and communicate updates or issues promptly
• Collaborate internally to ensure accurate and timely follow-up on open requests
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM and servicing systems
• Identify recurring issues and escalate when appropriate to improve processes
• Support onboarding of new clients and assist with training materials as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in financial services, lending, or real estate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Comfortable working with financial documents and confidential data
• Tech-savvy; experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online platforms
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required

Role Overview 

We’re looking for a relentless hunter who thrives on building new relationships, opening new doors, and owning the entire sales cycle. This is not an account management role — it’s a true business development position for someone who wants to be out in the field every day driving new revenue. The ideal candidate is highly connected in real estate (broker-level preferred), construction, and property management — and isn’t afraid to cold call, walk job sites, attend events, knock on doors, and build a territory through sheer effort and relationship-building. A book of business is a major advantage. 

Hunter-Focused Responsibilities 

• Aggressively prospect and secure new business across the territory. 
• Conduct daily outreach: cold calls, cold visits, networking, events, and site visits. 
• Build strong relationships with brokers, builders, developers, and property managers. 
• Create and manage a strong pipeline through consistent field activity. 
• Pitch, present, and close deals independently. 
• Track KPIs including outreach volume, meetings, and closed revenue. 
• Act as the face of The Waterproofing Pros within the assigned territory. 

Required Experience & Skills 

• 2+ years of experience in waterproofing, construction, or related field. 
• Natural hunter mentality — driven, persistent, energetic, and competitive. 
• Existing relationships that can be activated quickly. 
• Confidence in territory building and field prospecting. 
• Strong closer with proven sales results. 
• Book of business strongly preferred.
