Job Summary
The Product Project Coordinator Intern will support the Product team in managing day-to-day project updates and helping track ongoing initiatives across the organization. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of Department of Public Facilities (DPF) Office Manager, the Data Analyst

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the department's operations, including work orders,

GENERAL SCOPE OF POSITION
On assigned projects, responsible for scheduling, managing, and directing field operations including the work of subcontractors and suppliers. Responsible for the timely completion of the project, for quality assurance, for job site safety, and for generating required field records and reports.

The Sr. Principal Electrical Integration Engineer will manage and oversee the electrical systems essential for the data center, energy storage systems, and HVAC applications. This role will involve developing specifications, selecting key components, routing wires and cables, establishing connections, and transitioning design to manufacturing. Furthermore, the position includes leading test process implementation and ensuring equipment alignment to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence and reliability.
What will you do?
Product & System Design:
- Knowledge of high-efficiency power conversion and point-of-load regulation for AI/ML server racks (BBU, rPDU).
- Understanding of rack power zoning, load balancing, and redundancy strategies for tiered compute workloads.

- Perform electrical load calculations, short-circuit analysis, arc flash studies, and thermal modeling using tools such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or EasyPower.
- Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and validation testing to ensure compliance with UL, IEC, NEC, CE, RoHS, and REACH standards.
- Interface with suppliers and customers resolve fabrication and quality issues, and ensure adherence to specifications.

Controls Architecture:

Compensation:
$80,000 - $105,000 per year.
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Job Description
Develop fully integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning logically tied, and resource loaded schedules • Monitor, analyze and report the critical path and overall project performance • Analyze and report on scheduling and project data with an innovative approach leading to actionable outcomes • Create potential “what-if” scenario schedules showing viable alternative paths to achieve project objectives, accelerate or reduce schedule and cost risks • Ensure scheduling tools are progressed and updated weekly with all stakeholders across multiple programs, while providing accurate and meaningful outputs
Required Skills & Experience
3-10 years of scheduling/planning experience on large commercial, industrial, mining, government, or oil & gas construction projects • Project size $100M + • Direct scheduling experience with proficiency in Primavera P6 are required for this role • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills • Power BI experience preferred but not required • Experience in Critical Path Methodology, Earned Value Management with a demonstrated history of successful schedule reporting, compression, and mitigation efforts
The Sample Coordinator oversees the full lifecycle of samples—from first proto through TOP—ensuring that all garments are accurately tracked, organized, and available for internal and external needs. This role partners closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Design, Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, and global vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, highly organized, and passionate about fashion.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite, 5 days per week)
Compensation: $25-30/hr.
Experience: 3+ years in fashion or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end RTW sample management across all development stages and seasons.
- Monitor and coordinate all inbound and outbound sample shipments; maintain clear shipping records and timelines.
- Maintain and update sample tracking in the PLM system (WFX) and assist with SKU updates in WFX and NetSuite.
- Manage sample inventory, including organizing, labeling, and categorizing all RTW samples.
- Oversee end-of-season processes: allocate samples to archives, sample sales, and other designated channels.
- Prepare, organize, and pull samples for sales appointments, wholesale meetings, and e-commerce needs.
- Coordinate samples for photoshoots, including packing, check-in/check-out, and assisting with style outs as needed.
- Create and maintain tags and barcodes for all samples using Launchmetrics (or similar) to ensure real-time visibility of inventory and send-outs.
- Facilitate all outgoing packages to vendors and partners: create packing lists, labels, and provide tracking details; liaise with couriers to resolve shipping issues.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining archived garments, fabric headers, trim libraries, and reference materials.
- Support Fabric R&D by tracking sample yardage, lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and related approvals.
- Communicate daily with cross-functional teams regarding sample status, priorities, and any delays or issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or fashion-focused education (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a fashion/apparel environment, ideally in production, product development, or sample coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel; prior PLM system experience (WFX or similar) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for the apparel industry.
