Job Requirements

  • ECFMG / FLEX verification if applicable for international graduates
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an anesthesiologist; experience in cardiac, neuro, ortho, OB, or pediatric anesthesia preferred
  • Ability to cross-credential at affiliated hospitals and work within a team-based perioperative environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience supervising CRNAs and perioperative staff

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality perioperative anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical cases including general, cardiac, neuro, ortho, OB, and pediatrics
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain/verify consent, and discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
  • Perform safe induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia and manage airway and hemodynamic needs
  • Monitor patients’ physiological status during procedures and perform clinical interventions as needed
  • Supervise, collaborate with, and provide oversight to CRNAs and perioperative nursing staff
  • Assist in directing and coordinating departmental activities and participate in quality and safety initiatives
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in the iPro EMR system

- Supervises all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employee evaluations for all clinical staff.
- Responsible for overseeing case management to ensure services that are financially sound.
- Manage caseload as needed for client coverage

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years home health experience, preferably in a management role
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in either South Carolina or Georgia
- Obtain and maintain active CPR certificatoin
- Valid, unrestriced driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel betwen two locations as needed, about 35 miles apart

Maintenance Technicians $22+ Per Hour, Monthly Bonus and On-Call Bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Apartment renovations and turns/Make-Ready
  • Exterior preventative maintenance
  • Complete work-orders in an effective and timely manner
  • Standard handyman work including appliance repair & troubleshooting, painting, plumbing, light electric, light carpentry, & patching drywall.
  • Porter/Grounds keeping work during downtime.

Maintenance Skills Desired

    • 1+ year of experience as an Apartment Maintenance/Service Technician
    • General knowledge of basic residential carpentry, sheetrock, painting, plumbing, and electrical
    • Experience troubleshooting & repairing residential appliances
    • Experience in HVAC and EPA 608 preferred but not required


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management
  • EPA Universal Certification Required
  • CPO Certification Preferred
  • Ability to earn future designations as required by Industry standards, EPA regulations, OSHA requirements, etc.
  • Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. information as required by daily operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
  • Maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • May be required to work extended periods of time without relief, when responding to priority/emergency situations.
  • Stooping, standing, climbing (ladders and stairs) as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects of up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 30 feet.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
