About Us

Williams Electric & HVAC is a rapidly growing electrical contractor serving the DFW metroplex. We specialize in commercial projects of all sizes and are known for quality workmanship, reliability, and professionalism. As our team expands, we’re seeking a seasoned Electrical Foreman to lead field crews, drive productivity, and ensure our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise day-to-day on-site electrical construction activities.
  • Plan, organize, and direct field labor to meet project schedules and production goals.
  • Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules, translating them into clear direction for field personnel.
  • Ensure all work is installed in compliance with NEC, local codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards.
  • Conduct daily jobsite safety and coordination meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades.
  • Identify field issues early and work with management to resolve them before impacting schedule or cost.
  • Track daily manpower, material usage, and work progress.
  • Mentor and train journeymen and apprentices, reinforcing best practices and company expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of electrical construction experience, with direct foreman or lead electrician experience.
  • Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license (Master preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience leading commercial electrical crews.
  • Strong working knowledge of the NEC, jobsite safety, and electrical installation methods.
  • Ability to manage crew productivity, sequencing, and coordination with other trades.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
  • Ability to read drawings, layout work, and plan daily tasks independently.
