Compensation - In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Position Summary

We are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist who will be the first point of contact for our clients and their borrowers. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and working closely with our, loan servicing teams. This role requires a proactive communicator who is organized, empathetic, and confident in handling complex information in a high-touch, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client and borrower inquiries via phone and email
• Respond to servicing and fund administration questions clearly and accurately
• Monitor client accounts and communicate updates or issues promptly
• Collaborate internally to ensure accurate and timely follow-up on open requests
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM and servicing systems
• Identify recurring issues and escalate when appropriate to improve processes
• Support onboarding of new clients and assist with training materials as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in financial services, lending, or real estate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Comfortable working with financial documents and confidential data
• Tech-savvy; experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online platforms
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required

G.S. Wilcox & Co. is a leader in the commercial real estate mortgage banking industry, providing debt and equity solutions to developers, real estate private equity firms, institutional investors, and other owners of commercial real estate. The firm, which has been in business for over 30 years, currently has 22 correspondent life insurance company relationships for which it services $2.0 billion of loans for.

The firm is seeking an individual to source, originate and underwrite debt and equity financing opportunities for commercial real estate properties/projects. This includes calling on new and existing debt and equity relationships as well as new and existing clients, networking on a consistent basis, and working with the firm’s analysts who will be producing investment packages.

Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related discipline.
• At least five years in commercial real estate capital markets with proven book of business.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office.
