The Red Line High School Internship program will focus on a small group of high school students from a Baltimore City/County High School.

The Red Line High School Internship Program is designed to engage students in the Red Line Transit Project who live or attend school in the corridor and expose them to educational and career opportunities in transportation.

These students will be engaged in meaningful projects that support the design and engineering of the Red Line.

The College Assistant will work directly with the WRA senior staff to plan, lead, encourage, and engage these high school intern students during the 6-week internship period.

The College Assistant will support the day-to-day management of the high school students.

Responsibilities: Work under direction of senior staff.

Assist in managing three summer high school interns hired to work in the MTA Red Line High School internship program.

Schedule and prepare assignments and activities for interns.
