The opportunity
Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, our Software Strategy Group (SSG) team members conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize and analyze data, build and test hypotheses, and deliver strategic advice to our clients to help them make informed decisions. We have developed the models, industry contacts, benchmarks, and methods designed for the software economy. Additionally, SSG works with internal Managing Consultants who have been CTOs and CEOs in early and late-stage software companies. The combination of the Managing Consultant team, our Consultants and Senior Associates with deep software expertise provides a unique opportunity for you to learn from the best in the field.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Associate/Consultant with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Software Strategy Group, you will be responsible for leading work streams translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. Senior Associates/Consultants manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, Directors, Senior Directors, Partners, and our clients.
Skills and attributes for success
Develop business strategies using tools such as market sizing, market participant interviews, decision maker survey panels, and discussions with target company management teams.
Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
A minimum of 18 months of experience working with technology and software companies in a leadership role, either as a management consultant or as an employee, with knowledge of and experience in the software economy.
Experience managing business strategy and commercial diligence projects in complex environments.
Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $185,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, the SVP Quality and Safety is responsible for the overall management of an experienced broad-based team charged with monitoring, reporting, educating and inspiring devotion to excelling in internal and external quality metrics for the entire enterprise with the goal of attaining and sustaining top decile performance. The SVP serves as the system liaison and senior executive for all Quality and Patient Safety collaborative initiatives with the acute care hospitals, service lines, continuing care division and homecare ministries to promote integration and alignment in an effort to improve the quality and safety outcomes across the continuum, thereby improving the patient's overall experience.

Compensation Range: The base salary range for this position is $275,000 to $300,000 annually. Serves as the trusted ERP application expert for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) discrete Manufacturing processes, including BOM, Routing, ECO, WIP, Inventory, and PIM, ensuring both technical correctness and functional alignment. We're looking for an in vivo oncology scientist (Senior Research Assistant to Senior Associate Scientist) to help expand and run the program's translational in vivo engine. Cancer therapies face a fundamental trade-off between effectiveness and precision, driving off-target toxicity, recurrence, and resistance. Therapeutic protein circuits address this by directly rewiring oncogenic mutations to cell death. Delivered as mRNA in lipid nanoparticles, these engineered proteins can distinguish cancer from normal cells and have shown tumor suppression in vivo. By design, these circuits "sense and kill" rather than inhibit. - If applicable, initiate resident/family conferences when a change of service level is required; Document goals and action plans and review dates on appropriate forms.
- Assure final determination on eligibility of continued residency.
- Assure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services.
- Assure state regulations are met and work closely with state oversight agencies; including review of state deficiencies and the development of plan of corrections.
- Maintain high degree of resident satisfaction and evaluate resident satisfaction regularly; Implement programs and changes to enhance resident satisfaction with approval of supervisor.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as directed by supervisor.
- Assume on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis and assign on-call responsibilities to other associates on a rotational basis to ensure after-hours response to resident emergencies and physical plant problems.
- Organizes, maintains, and participates in weekend Manager on Duty.
- Ensure appropriate handling of on-the-job injuries as reported by associates and any incidents involving residents and visitors.
- Maintain and upgrade knowledge and implementation of standards and requirements specified by federal and state laws.
- Carry-out other duties as assigned by supervisor or as necessary to maintain quality and continuity of services, safety of residents, and security of premises.
- Supports and participates in the resident centered activity programs.
- Participates in projects or committees as assigned.
- Attends all associate meetings including in-service education and associate functions, as requested by supervisor.
- Assists in a variety of tasks involving residents as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent and five years of relevant senior living community management experience or comparable post-high school education which may include vocational or college education; and three years of relevant senior living community management experience with proven leadership and management skills.
- Meet the state specific regulatory requirements for administration of a community; including independent, assisted, and memory care (NV license required)
- Excellent computer skills including: Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, internet based and property management programs.
- Exceptional grammatical and writing skills, proficient with email process and etiquette.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to comprehend and apply regulations, employment and labor laws, local, state, and federal standards and requirements.
- Must have the interpersonal skills to work with various levels of people, associates, and residents.
