Summary of Position

Lionsgate is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Assistant, C-Suite. This role reports directly to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and will provide key administrative and operational support to both the CEO and Vice Chairman, while also serving as a secondary resource to the broader C-suite executive support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual interested in the business side of the industry, looking to grow within a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CEO and Vice Chairman under the guidance of the Executive Assistant to the CEO
• Assist with managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting materials
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
• Help with organizing documents, decks, reports, and incoming materials such as scripts and screenings
• Support internal and external meetings by setting up in-person or virtual spaces and capturing key follow-up items
• Act as a liaison and point-of-contact on behalf of the executive office when needed
• Partner closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure high-level priorities and day-to-day details are aligned and executed smoothly
• Provide backup support to the Executive Assistants of the C-suite, stepping in as needed to ensure continuity during busy periods or absences
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects across the executive team, including research, prep materials, and event support
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality across all responsibilities
• Be available after hours for urgent, time-sensitive needs, as required

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with focus in Finance, Economics, Marketing, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with senior-level executives
• A team player with a can-do, no-task-too-small attitude and eagerness to learn from a seasoned Executive Assistant

The Softball Umpire: officiate adult slow-pitch softball games by enforcing rules, making calls on plays, and ensuring fair competition. They manage the game flow, call balls and strikes, determine safe or out calls, and handle any disputes professionally. Umpires must have a solid understanding of softball rules, good judgment, and strong communication skills. Umpire certification from USA, ASA, USSSA, WBSC, or OSAA preferred. The Sports Official officiates various sports leagues within the Parks and Recreation department. The Sports Official may be assigned as a Softball Umpire in the adult slow-pitch softball league, a Volleyball Official in the adult volleyball league and/or a Basketball Official in the adult and youth basketball leagues.

Officiates games according to sport's governing bodies and Parks and Recreation league rules and regulations. Makes fair and unbiased decisions on plays and game rules.

Ensures that all players adhere to league rules and regulations. Addresses any violations promptly and impartially.

Maintains control of the game, managing player conduct and any potential conflicts that may arise.

Clearly communicates calls and decisions to players, managers, and spectators.

Addresses questions or concerns from participants in a professional manner.

Monitors field/gym conditions and weather to determine if games should proceed or be postponed.

Enforces safety protocols and regulations to minimize the risk of injury including equipment and field/gym checks to ensure safe play.

Coordinates with Scorekeepers to manage game logistics including keeping track of time and any special circumstances.

Stays current on league rules and any changes or updates. Communicates regularly with the Recreation Coordinator.

Acts ethically and honestly; applies ethical standards of behavior to daily work activities and interactions. Builds confidence in the City through own actions.

Conforms with all safety rules and performs work is a safe manner.

Education and Experience

Experience officiating, coaching, or playing specialty sport preferred.

Special Requirements

Current First Aid/CPR certification or able to obtain within 1 month of appointment.

Softball Umpire - Current USA, ASA, USSSA or WBSC softball umpire certification.

The Opportunity

• Act as the operational administrator for the site Vituity leadership and as the interface for the practice to the hospital and community.
• Act as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital C-Suite, nursing leadership, nursing staff, and Vituity support team.

• Provide office management to include, but not limited to, all aspects of meeting management, office systems, supplies, site events, and customer service.
• As applicable to the practice line, facilitate all aspects of the daily patient census and attend daily multi-disciplinary rounds.
• As applicable to the site practice, responsible for all aspects of the site clinical schedules to ensure adequate coverage with no disruption to patient care.
• Collect, track, and analyze all site financial and operational data.
• Project management as needed of the site operational programs to include, but not limited to, Operations Meetings, Patient Experience Program, Quality/Performance Improvement Program, Advanced Provider and/or Scribe Programs, and Student or Resident rotations.
• Ensure all aspects of recruiting and on-boarding are completed for new providers and employees as well as locums and reservists and/or residents and students.
• Ensure all licensed providers complete their recredentialing timely and appropriately for their licensing, certificates, and credentials required by Vituity and hospital Medical Staff Office.
• Ensure all site partners and employees remain in compliance with Vituity and hospital programs and other mandated training or requests.
• Act as the point person for all Vituity People Operations (Human Resources) relations to include, but not limited to, ensuring accurate site roster and compliance with employment law and Vituity policies.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $26.91- $33.64, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. The Opportunity

• Act as the operational administrator for the site Vituity leadership and as the interface for the practice to the hospital and community.
• Act as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital C-Suite, nursing leadership, nursing staff, and Vituity support team.
• Provide executive support to the site medical director and site management team to meet contract expectations.
• Provide support for all site financials to include, but not limited to, contract stipends, expense reimbursements, and site payroll timecards.
• Act as the super user for all Vituity software applications and as a point person for hospital software and hardware systems.
• As appropriate to site practice, provide support to Vituity providers acting as a percipient witness in criminal or civil disputes including, but not limited to, receiving and routing subpoenas, scheduling depositions and trial testimony as applicable, development of a provider fee schedule, and including malpractice carrier as appropriate.
• Provide office management to include, but not limited to, all aspects of meeting management, office systems, supplies, site events, and customer service.
• As applicable to the practice line, facilitate all aspects of the daily patient census and attend daily multi-disciplinary rounds.
• As applicable to the site practice, responsible for all aspects of the site clinical schedules to ensure adequate coverage with no disruption to patient care.
• Collect, track, and analyze all site financial and operational data.
• Project management as needed of the site operational programs to include, but not limited to, Operations Meetings, Patient Experience Program, Quality/Performance Improvement Program, Advanced Provider and/or Scribe Programs, and Student or Resident rotations.
• Ensure all aspects of recruiting and on-boarding are completed for new providers and employees as well as locums and reservists and/or residents and students.
• Ensure all licensed providers complete their recredentialing timely and appropriately for their licensing, certificates, and credentials required by Vituity and hospital Medical Staff Office.
• Ensure all site partners and employees remain in compliance with Vituity and hospital programs and other mandated training or requests.
• Act as the point person for all Vituity People Operations (Human Resources) relations to include, but not limited to, ensuring accurate site roster and compliance with employment law and Vituity policies.
• Develop and maintain site orientation checklists and manuals.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Site Management Team in developing and maintaining site practice policies and procedures.
• As applicable to practice line, responsible for all medical records and data submission to Revenue Cycle Management in a timely manner and responsible for appropriate charge capture in designated system, sending notices and follow up as appropriate.
• Ensure billing and documentation compliance through completion of site WIP/TAD lists, answering provider routine questions, and schedule/hosting/participating in the monthly meeting with Revenue Cycle Management billing team.
• Ensure completion of mandated forms and requests as appropriate to include, but not limited to, death certificates, physician office requests, State specific Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Department reporting compliance, and pharmacy requests.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience working in the healthcare field is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of general Human Resource principles preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and County Agencies who regulate the Healthcare Industry preferred.
