Opportunity:

CHRISTUS Southern New Mexico in Alamogordo is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hem Onc physician to join our established practice. Located on the main hospital campus in Alamogordo, the CHRISTUS Cancer Center provides comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology services in a patient'centered environment. The clinic includes 10 treatment beds, two private chemotherapy rooms, and access to advanced technology such as a new linear accelerator, 64'slice CT, and 1.5T MRI. Patients benefit from a multidisciplinary team that includes oncology'certified nurses, a clinical nurse specialist, a nurse navigator, and strong surgical and specialty support across breast surgery, pathology, orthopedics, cardiology, pulmonology, and colorectal surgery.

The practice is 70% oncology and 30% hematology, with all chemotherapy delivered outpatient. Physicians typically see 14-16 patients per day, including three new consults, and perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies. Call is shared between the medical oncologist and CNS, with after'hours triage handled through an answering service. The group values energetic, quality'focused providers who follow NCCN guidelines and thrive in a collaborative, close'knit team. We are looking for a Field Engineer that ideally has previous linear water rehabilitation experience i.e. sewers. This will be an onsite role for a sewer rehabilitation project for a utility client in Boston. They will be providing Owner's rep services and be reviewing drawings, RFI's, etc. to provide technical support out in the field to the main contractors out in the field. This person will coordinate back with the design engineer office to determine if changes need to be made.

Provide subcontractors with information and direction, as outlined within contract specifications, to allow the work to proceed as scheduled. Authority to interpret technical requirements and provide solutions in conjunction with discipline Project Department Engineer and Discipline Superintendent, to provide drawings and data, and to direct work as assigned and consistent with Company's contractual commitments. May perform subcontract administration of discipline specific or assigned procurements. Interprets and administers fundamental commercial issues. Position may transition to assistant superintendent or startup engineering role. May perform in an EPC environment where Company is either solely responsible or in a Joint Venture/Consortium with others. Provides technical direction/interpretation of design drawings and specification requirements, as well as general guidance to subcontractors on overall design. May perform fundamental design checks and re-design in the field without supervision. Provides commercial direction, interpretation of subcontracts, and administers discipline specific or assigned contract requirements in coordination with Field. • Maintain a "Safety First" culture, ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards on a high-risk, heavy-machinery site.
• Lead pre-installation meetings and rigorous inspections for building envelope integrity and healthcare-specific life safety systems.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

• 15+ years in commercial construction, with at least 8 years as a Lead/Senior Superintendent on ground-up healthcare projects exceeding $75M.
• Strong knowledge of Denver building codes and experience navigating the City and County of Denver permitting processes.
• Must possess an active OSHA 30-Hour certification. ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for or currently hold a Denver Supervisor Certificate (Class A or B).
• Advanced skills in Procore, Bluebeam, and P6 scheduling software.
