Summary:

This individual is fashion obsessed and client and brand centric with all efforts. With the goal of supporting client needs through styling efforts, this individual is a passionate brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting brand engagement with clients, partners and within their city. This role will act as a representative of Rails in the daily business operations of the store and support all store initiatives set out by management including superior client engagement, store upkeep, operational support, ensuring visual standards while driving for sales results and KPI goals.

The Keyholder reports to the Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Performance:

• Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store both front of house and back of house are achieved
• Be a support to execute business plans to accelerate the business forward and remedy opportunities
• Culture: Be an ambassador to the brand and promote the culture of Rails internally and externally
• Ensure store atmosphere upholds the image of the brand

Client Centric:

• Support the acquisition and retention of clients are key focuses and as such create and cultivate client relationships for the store and brand overall
• Be sure that you and your teams deliver the best possible client experience with every type of engagement (in store, virtual, alternate mediums)
• Follow through on customer journey as required to ensure a content client
• Support the needs of the client through styling advice and suggestion with every engagement
• Solution oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues

Marketing & Community:

• In partnership with Store Management Team, bring to life activations/ events in the store that seek client acquisition and focus on client retention/ development

Team Leadership:

• In alignment with Store Management continually coach, motivate, train and develop internal teams so they achieve performance goals and are set up for success with growth opportunities within the organization
• Support a positive work environment with teams and throughout store network including cross functional partners
• Support performance management initiatives with store teams
• Attend and participate at store meetings as required by the business
• Ability to manage and resolve conflict in the workplace

Visuals:

• Support the image of the store and ensure that is in line with corporate standards and store team is upholding these standards

Operations:

• Support inventory functions as set out by Store Management including receipts, reconciliations and transfers
• Protect all company assets including cash handling, inventory, expenses etc.
• Support Client Consignment business, ensuring a quick turnaround, strong take rate, and timely return of merchandise
• Support omnichannel functions, including Order-in-Store, Ship-from-Store, Pickup-in-Store, Reserve-in-Store, with a focus on achieving Omni-specific KPIs
• Provide support to ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, and internal procedures
• Partner with cross functional partners including Stores within network, Operations, Visual Team, CRM, Retail Training, HR, Merchandise teams, Regional management as necessary
• Additional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the business

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of experience in a keyholder position preferred
• Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women’s and men’s apparel preferred
• Ability to effectively create, manage and adhere to deadlines
• Familiar with key retail performance indicators
• Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
• Advanced organizational skills, writing and communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices

Main functions: The National Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing, supporting, and growing strategic national retail accounts, with primary responsibility for Menards, Lowes, and other assigned retail partners.

This role ensures customer satisfaction, drives sales growth, maintains retailer compliance, and coordinates cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver on operational, quality, and service commitments.

The position requires strong relationship management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex retail systems and requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail accounts.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key retail stakeholders, including merchant, inventory, sourcing, and compliance teams.

• Manage and support all aspects of the retail business relationship, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company capabilities.

• Analyze retailer reports and portals to develop forecasts and support supply chain planning.

• Review, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.

• Drive sales growth through various order types, including consignment, direct-to-store (DTS), bulk distribution, special orders, and new projects.

• Coordinate pricing strategies, annual rebate programs, and marketing initiatives with retail partners in the U.S.

and Canada, as applicable.

• Manage product setup, planogram updates, merchandising changes, and promotional activity in collaboration with the customer and internal teams.

• Oversee EDI transactions, including purchase orders (POs), advanced shipment notices (ASNs), invoices, and return-to-vendor (RTV) requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Some travel may be required for periodic visits to retail partners’ headquarters and regional locations.

• All other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements • Minimum 5 years of account management, project or program management, or sales experience, preferably in building products or related manufacturing industries.

• Demonstrated experience managing large national or big-box retail accounts.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.

PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:

The position is responsible for planning and preparing weekly menu and purchasing food for breakfast, lunch, and special events for company. This role manages menu execution within a strict per person per day budget, ensures food safety compliance, and maintains kitchen

cleanliness and inventory control.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meal Planning & Preparation

 Prepare and serve daily lunch for 80–100 employees.

 Execute a rotating weekly menu with balanced nutrition (protein, starch, vegetable).

 Ensure portion control to maintain budget compliance.

 Accommodate common dietary restrictions when feasible.

 Minimize food waste through forecasting and batch cooking.

 Sets-up and serves lunch for outside visitors and contractors

 Sets-up and cook for special events at terminal

Budget & Inventory Management

 Purchases food daily from vendor

 Maintain food cost at or below $10 per person per day.

 Purchase food from vendors cost-effectively using bulk purchasing and seasonal products.

 Track daily food spend and maintain weekly cost reports.

 Restocks the kitchen and breakroom daily with drinks and snacks

 Manage inventory, storage, and FIFO rotation.

Food Safety & Compliance

 Maintain required food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe).

 Ensure compliance with all local health and sanitation regulations.

 Monitor food temperatures and safe handling procedures.

 Maintain sanitation logs and cleaning schedules.

Kitchen Operations

 Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and serving area.

 Coordinate food preparation timelines to ensure on-time service.

 Manage kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Must have a valid driver’s license.

 Ability to operate efficiently despite stressful time pressure.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum 5 years' experience in high-volume cooking (cafeteria, catering, or industrial kitchen).
