Our audiologists work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, providing a broad spectrum of services across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Core responsibilities for this role include:
- Comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations for infants and children
- Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response (BAER) testing under natural sleep and general anesthesia

(STGi) is currently seeking a Medical Director/Primary Care Physician for its five (5) community-based outpatient clinics in the Loma Linda, CA region.
The Medical Director will oversee the care of nearly 30,000 veteran patients and 15 physicians.
We are looking for a Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to provide leadership for the providers within this group of five clinics in the Loma Linda area.
The position is primarily administrative, but the Medical Director will fill in as PRN at any of these clinics if coverage is needed.
Candidates should have previous experience in a leadership role, preferably with the VA or military.
The position will require an active, unrestricted license in CA.
Our clinics operate Monday Friday during normal business hours.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of any given project. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures budget and deadlines are met and consistent with project standards.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Create a Schedule of Values for our pay applications and submit to the General Contractor.
- Analyze the construction schedule and create a schedule for submittals, material ordering and estimated field labor durations & project completion.
- Create submittals for doors, frames and hardware from architectural plans and specification.
- Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFIβs, PCβs, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
- Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
- Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
- Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
- Actively pursue contractual βChange Ordersβ from βprice and proceedβ CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
- Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.
- Other job duties and responsibilities as needed.
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience working with Cochlear Americas and Advanced Bionics cochlear implant systems, along with a strong background in pediatric diagnostics and habilitation. This position involves comprehensive audiological care for infants, children, and adolescents with hearing loss, with a particular focus on candidacy evaluation, cochlear implant programming, and long-term management.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
